The scenery from here is unbelievable! With 7 bedrooms, this house is spectacular, has plenty of room and can accommodate your entire family. As you anxiously enter Mimi’s Place, you will feel as though this home is right out of the pages of Coastal Living! This freshly repainted oceanfront home has innovative wood ceiling throughout and is located on a quiet street in North Forest Beach. As you enter this tastefully furnished home, you will notice that just beyond the foyer, the living area on the entry level floor is complete with a flat screen television or if you wish, you can simply sit back and enjoy the wet bar while taking in the amazing ocean view. If you prefer a view from outside; step through the patio doors where you will find the pool, private spa and outdoor shower. Whether your wish is to take the sun sitting up or lying down, there is plenty of room for all.
There are 4 guest bedrooms on this floor, all with fabulous views of the ocean and complete with TV/DVD and full bathrooms. Please don’t worry if your shorts get dirty from a day at the beach, the spacious laundry room has everything you need. Take the short climb to the 2nd level and you will notice that the home’s striking hardwood flooring completes the spacious living and dining area. The living area is furnished with a flat screen/DVD or you can escape with a book and enjoy the wet bar in the quaint sitting area. Also on this floor is the chef of the houses’ dream come true! This spacious fully equipped kitchen is complete with a double/oven and ample eating bar that leads into the dining area. The master bedroom, also on this floor, is all-inclusive with a king size bed, flat screen TV/DVD and a master bath where you may chooses to relax in the Jacuzzi tub or take pleasure in the distinctive walk in shower. The living/dining area and master bath all have access directly to the patio area where you can sit and enjoy what’s cooking on the gas grill, enjoy the ocean’s beauty or climb down the spiral staircase to enjoy the pool and hot tub below. Just a few more steps and you will find room for more! This area is furnished with two double beds and a full bathroom. The shared sitting area is perfect for playing games at the card table or challenging your opponent to a game of XBOX on the television. If you up for even more fun; take your opponent down stairs to the garage and challenge him or her to a game of ping pong!
