The Harbour Isle marina is situated in the middle of this property and provides 360 degrees of protection from wakes, wind, and storm surges. From this marina, you will have access to the ocean through the Fort Pierce Inlet, the safest inlet on the East Coast. And if you are heading out to do some sport fishing, you are only 11 to 12 miles from the Gulf Stream, where you will experience some of the best sport fishing in the world! The Harbour Isle Marina is a deep water on-premise marina, and of course there are several other full service wet and dry dock full service marinas in the immediate area as well.
Harbour Isle is located in the beautiful, unspoiled, quiet, Treasure Coast area, which includes Fort Pierce, Vero Beach and Jensen Beach, Port St. Lucie, and Stuart. This area is perfectly situated halfway between the Melbourne and Palm Beach International Airports, with easy access to the Florida Turnpike and I-95. And, you are less than a 2-hour drive to Disney World MGM Studios, Universal Studios, Sea World and other exciting attractions in Orlando. If you enjoy golf, there are 5 golf clubs within 5 miles and 12 golf clubs within 25 miles of Harbour Isle.
Non-refundable deposit of $1500US to hold reservation, to be applied toward last month's rent.
Security Deposit equal to one month's rent due at least 90 days prior to rental.
Security Deposit returned within 15 days after rental term upon satisfactory inspection of property.
Docking, boat and trailer storage available onsite through Harbour Isle under separate agreement.
This is a minimum 90-day rental. Please don't inquire unless you are interested in renting for at least 3 months.
