The house is overlooking a newly renovated pedestrian street decorated with modern sculpture open-air gallery, plenty of restaurants, cafes, antique shops and souvenir markets around. You will appreciate how quiet the apartment is as the large windows are overlooking the courtyard. The apartment was recently fully restored and renovated and is decorated to preserve the atmosphere of the 19th century St.Petersburg, with elements of fine arts and antiques.
