The Ariel Dunes is a BRAND NEW, exciting, luxury resort property located just across the street from the beach with breathtaking views of the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The Ariel Dunes is indeed "special" as its 24 stories tower high in the sky over the Golf community of Seascape. The Ariel Dunes features 11,000 square feet of dual pools with a fountain, and convenient beach access to the sugar white beaches that is the Emerald Coast.
The Seascape community features discounted golf, tennis, fitness center, eight tennis courts and is in the BEST LOCATION, which is Scenic Gulf Drive (also known as the quiet side of Destin) close to fine dining, the outlet mall, Destin Commons, Sandestin and downtown Destin.
Our unit is non- smoking, sleeps six, is rated "Platinum" and is decorated in a gorgeous, casual elegance, beautifully designed by Norwalk Furniture.
The unit comes with crown molding throughout (even the bathrooms), tile floor (except bedrooms), designer window treatments and bed coverings, and gorgeous art work. The large living area is centered around an elegant but comfortable sectional, with beautiful accent pieces of furniture. The master bedroom is very classy and features a king sized bed with a spacious master bath that includes a separate shower and dual sinks. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the sectional will convert to a queen bed for added accommodations.
The unit comes complete with everything you will need including three TVs, three DVD players, high speed internet access, washer and dryer, stereo and a fully-equipped kitchen with microwave.
You can dine or relax on the huge patio and enjoy the view or watch your children in the giant-size pool, which is located right below the unit, or you can walk across Scenic Gulf Drive to the emerald-green waters of the Gulf and then dine at the famous Whales Tale Restaurant, which is just across the street. Sunset Charlie's (fine dining) is also within walking distance!

A wonderful place for family vacation! My family & I had an excellent time. The condo was tastefully decorated with all amenities that made our vacation a superb one! I have a teenager & a toddler..the pool area is an attraction for both ages. I would recommend a stay here to make your family vacation a memorable & pleasant experience!

My family and I had a perfect vacation staying in this condo at Ariel Dunes. The owner is wonderful to work with and the condo is beautifully maintained. I have a three-year old daughter and a four-month old son, and were able to pack up our beach gear in our stroller and take a nice short walk right down to the white sand and the blue-green water. The pools at Ariel Dunes are very large, one that has a graduated depth that is perfect for children. The location is great, everything you need is within about a five mile radius. Would definitely stay here again!

We spent a week at the Seascape Resort and we could not have wished for a more perfect setting for a perfect vacation. The location of the resort to the area attractions and dining is so convenient. Even thought the condo isnt on the beach per say, it is a leisurely stroll.. and much quieter without the traffic right outside. I cant say enough about the staff and how well they keep the properties maintained. Everting is so clean! Our condo, unit 403, at the Ariel Dunes I, was comfortable and inviting, the ecor and setting is very soothing, the right medicine for rest and relaxation. This was the best vacation every, thanks Donna!

The condo was great, very clean and beautifully decorated (loved the artwork) from the furniture to the draperies. We felt right at home and the beds were so comfortable. Great gulfview and enjoyed the large balcony. We will definately be back!
