**Beautiful Carriage Home in Lewes, Delaware**
After years of vacationing in Dewey Beach, we bought this lovely (new) carriage home in 2005. Our home is spacious with four bedrooms and a loft(which doubles as a second family/living room). Our home features two full bathrooms and one half bath. We have two eating areas on either side of a large kitchen(fully equipped). It is an open floor plan with plenty of room to either hang out with your group or have time to yourself. And my favorite part is our deck; a lovely place to watch the sun set and enjoy a drink after a "hard" day on the beach.

Year Purchased: 2005
We (Kara and Marwa) have been friends since kindergarten and have owned this home since 2005. We are Delaware natives and love living 1.5 hours from the beach (and it is the "beach," not the shore!).
Why the Owner Chose Lewes
We chose to buy in Lewes because 1. it's beautiful, 2. it is the oldest town in the first state, rich with history, 3. it is close enough to everything you would want in a beach area without being right on top of the madness.
The Unique Benefits of this Townhome
Our home is right off of Route 1 in the Eagle Point community (behind Grand Slam Grotto's). Our location is unique in the fact that we are close to all of the action, yet it's quiet enough to relax.
Our home is bayside, about an eight minute drive from Cape Henlopen. For you sports enthusiasts, we are 10.9 miles or 16 minutes, from Sports at the Beach.
