This three story property is new to the rental market and has been totally updated, with all new furniture and appliances. We remodeled the kitchen in December 07 to include granite and new cabinets.
The duplex is located across the street from the ocean, with ocean views. Beach access is less than a hundred yards away and can be seen fron the front deck. From the back, there are beautiful views of the intercoastal waterway where you can watch the boats go by.
The SUNSET VIEWS from the back decks over looking the intercoastal waterway are incredible. There are a total of five decks for your viewing enjoyment.
The first floor contains two bedrooms, two decks, washer and dryer, and a full bath with queen bed and two single beds that can be converted to a king. The second floor is an open floor plan with living room, dining room, kitchen, half bath, and two decks. The third floor is the master bedroom suite with queen bed, large closet, full bath with double sink vanity, and deck.
There are fine dining, as well as casual dining restaurants close by. For those who love to cook, seafood markets and grocery stores are close by. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all new appliances. For those who love to golf, there are several golf courses close by.
North Shore Golf Club is one of the top courses in North Carolina and is located less than five miles from the property. For those people who just have to check their email, the duplex has high speed wireless internet access.
