When you're ready to swim, surf, stroll on the beach, perfect your shell collection or just work on your tan, walk across the street to the beach access which can be seen from the front decks. For those wanting to relax with your favorite beverage, read a book, watch the sunset, the back deck is for you where you will have beautiful views of the intercoastal waterway where you can watch the boats go by, see the sunset and view the wildlife. 5 decks in total!
Home was completely renovated in 2007 with new kitchen and baths along with high end furniture. All amenities and quality that you would expect if this was your own home.
The SUNSET VIEWS from the back decks over looking the intercoastal waterway are incredible. There are a total of five decks for your viewing enjoyment.
The first floor contains two bedrooms, two decks, washer and dryer, and a full bath with queen bed and two single beds that can be converted to a king. The second floor is an open floor plan with living room, dining room, kitchen, half bath, and two decks. The third floor is the master bedroom suite with queen bed, large closet, full bath with double sink vanity, and deck.
There are fine dining, as well as casual dining restaurants close by. For those who love to cook, seafood markets and grocery stores are close by. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all new appliances. For those who love to golf, there are several golf courses close by.
This is a casual place that will have you relaxed in just a few minutes after arrival. Easy access under house for beach washdown and sitting area to enjoy the ocean breezes after a day at the beach.
