This condo is great for the price. The kitchen and bathroom are both dated, but functional. You can't beat the space for the price...this place is huge! Nice pool, hot tub, and beach. The kids loved the pier! The owners were very helpful and always answered our call/emails promtly.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Currently staying at this unit and could not be any better. Unit is huge, king size bed in master, two doubles in guest. Unit is super clean and has everything you could possibly want or need for your vacation. Towels galore and even a washer/dryer! Located on first floor above ground level with outstanding views of the gulf and some amazing sunsets. Unit overlooks hot tub and pool on ground level., and balcony is a very nice size. The location cannot be beat, right in the heart of some very good local eateries, can pick up the trolley along Gulf Blvd. if needed. Owner is great to work with, easy to communicate with and is always quick to respond along with making you feel like you are their own family staying there! Would definitely recommend this unit, and plan on making more visits here in the future!

We stayed here in July 2010. This condo unit is very spacious and an excellent price for the location and amenities. It is nicely decorated, very comfortable and clean. The unit overlooks the pool and the Gulf, and we were able to watch the dolphins swim by as we sat on the balcony. This area of the beach is very nice. The kitchen has everything you need. Also, some great extras were the beach wagon, beach chairs and beach toys. The complex itself is easily accessible and is in a great location for visiting the sights between St. Pete and Clearwater. The pool was well maintained every morning. The pier, which only this condo complex has access to, was a nice bonus. It was fun to walk on the pier and watch the people fishing. We would definately come back and highly recommend to others. Thanks!
