  WOW! What a view. My family and I were able to watch the sunset right from the unit. Great beach access also right in front of our balcony. I was really shocked at how large and roomy the unit was. Huge living room for playing cards and enjoying with the family. Also loved the internet access and washing machines right in the unit (Hint: With washers and dryers right in the unit you can pack less for your trip!) The owner was extremely helpful in arranging all the details. Some excellent restaurants within walking distance. We will be staying again soon.

  The condo was very clean and spacious and had a wonderful view of the gulf and beach. There was very a nice heated pool and hot tub and a great grilling area. The beach was wonderful, always plenty of room and there are cabanas for rent. It is within driving distance to the renowned Florida Aquarium, Zoo, shopping at Johns Pass, baseball parks, and a lot of other attractions. The owner was very accommodating and easily reachable if we needed anything. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

  Very nice apartment in excellent location at the beach. We stayed at two bedroom apartment, it was spacious, clean, and well maintained. Balcony offered nice view to the beach. Fantastic apartment !! We had a lovely time at this place !!! Would definately recommend staying here, we loved it !!! Thank you,

  The condo is huge and comfortable with plenty of kitchen equipment. Having never rented before but having stayed in many time shares I was not knowledgeable about what would be supplied; there was no dish washer soap, bags for garbage, paper towels. When staying only one week I was reluctant to buy a supply. Fortunately, I was able to get some supplies from a family member that lives locally. There were a few items that needed fixing; ice maker, toilet in one bath, TV remote in lliving room. The property is well maintained but was disappointed that they were only had charcoal grills. The washer and dryer came in very handily as washing towels was a big priority. The owner was always available to answer questions, in fact I felt like a pest. The view is wonderful! Couldn't be better. Would we stay there again? You bet!

  WE had a very nice unit. It was very clean, nice furnishings and had been well maintained. The owner was extremely nice and made it clear that we were to get in touch with him if we had any problems----but, we didn't.. Thanks a lot --we had a great time!!

  The property was very clean and roomy. The view was spectacular and the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of closet space. The owner was very helpful in answering my questions and quick to return my calls.

  Great condo.Nice view of the gulf and pool.This is the third year we have stayed here. The owner Jose couldnt be any nicer. That is one of the reasons we have been coming back each year. We make it a family trip with our kids and grandkids. Cant wait to go back next year.

  The good: it is very spacious and clean, owner seemed responsive, great location, and the view over the pool is great. The bad: The members of the HOA reprimanded us upon arriving for asking about a parking pass as the owner suggested. There were no wrist bands provided, which according to the signage, were mandatory. The staff wouldn't answer our questions because the owner isn't part of the HOA. The keys were EXTREMELY difficult in the locks of the stairs and pier (codes would be much more convenient). The stairwell closest to our room was closed ALL week which left us to walk to the opposite side of the building (with children and toys). The kitchen and bathrooms need updating.

  Owner response: That reprimand came from the on site management company JC resorts who does not represent me or any of my properties. I wish they were more professional with you. The rental instructions point you to the HOA. My apologies if this was confusing in anyway. Unfortunately I cannot do much about the stairwell being closed. The elevator could have also been in option about half the distance from the other stairs. I will address the lock issue. I will notify HOA to take a look at the locks around the building. The sea air does a number on everything. I wish you well and hope this does not deter you from coming back to see us again.
