This Luxury condo, located only a few feet from the ocean, offers a spectacular, unimpeded view of the Atlantic from the Master Bedroom, Living Room and private Patio. Located on the vehicular traffic prohibited, southern side of New Smyrna Beach.
This condo is newly renovated and newly furnished. Walk out the sliding glass doors and enjoy the manicured lawn directly before you, the wide sandy beach and sparkling ocean. No stairs or elevators necessary here! A few feet away you can choose to walk on the ocean shore, take a swim in the heated pool, or enjoy the numerous additional amenities. The Master Bedroom has a King Size bed with private bath. The second bedroom offers two Twin beds, while the new convertible sofa folds out into a Queen Size bed. The condo sleeps six people comfortably.
Shopping and fine dining are only a short walk away. We are located 20 minutes from Daytona Beach, 45 minutes from Orlando and 30 minutes from the Kennedy Space Center.
