Absolutely amazing! I took two seniors away for a short break, and that it was. Both seniors are slightly handicapped in that they cannot walk long distances. This condo has terrific parking available close to elevator which was especially helpful. The unit was just perfect inside. Immaculately clean, spacious and had so many personal touches for comfort. Ie) books, games, very well stocked kitchen. The third floor location could not have been better. We lived on the large balcony, with the most perfect view. We felt so close to the ocean, that you could easily here the waves at night, from the master bedroom where I slept with the door open all week. We swam every day in the almost empty pool and lazy river. Very few other travellers during this week. The central location to Myrtle and North Myrtle allowed us to quickly travel on our day trips to shows, attractions, shopping and dining. The owner Mark consistently responded quickly to my questions and provided exceptional rental services. This rental experience was very easy and we look forward to staying at this property again soon.

Four women shoppers stayed at this condo November 5th - November 13, 2011. We loved the condo!! It was decorated very nicely, was very clean, and very comfortable!! Thanks to Mark and Anna-Marie for letting us use your beautiful condo!! The condo was even more beautiful than the pictures revealed!! The third floor was an ideal floor to stay on, because we parked on the 2nd floor, and only had to go up one floor on the elevator to the condo. The location of this condo is perfect with many great restaurants, great shoppping, and many other tourist attractions. I would definitely recommend this condo to my friends and family. Mark was super nice from the beginning to the end of the renting process!! Everything went very smoothly!! Thanks again for the use of your condo!! We hope to do it again in the near future!!

This condo is even more beautiful than the photos. It was a perfect place to stay with all the family. There was plenty of room and lots of added conveniences plus it was super clean. We were thrilled and hope to rent this condo again. We were able to relax and enjoy the pools, exercise room, beach, restaurants, shopping, and the beautiful condo. THIS WAS OUR SECOND VISIT AND WE ENJOYED IT MORE THAN THE FIRST TIME. THE CONDO IS BEAUTIFUL AND MAINTAINED SO WELL THAT YOU CAN'T HELP BUT TO JUST RELAX. MARK AND ANNE-MARIE GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO MAKE SURE THAT YOUR STAY IS COMFORTABLE. I LOOK FORWARD TO A THIRD VISIT IN THE NEAR FUTURE. WE ENJOY BEING ON THE BEACH, FLOATING IN THE LAZY RIVER, OR JUST SITTING ON THE BALCONY TAKING IN THE VIEW. NOT BEING IN THE DOWNTOWN AREA IS AN ADDED PLUS, BUT YOU'RE CLOSE TO GREAT RESTAURANTS, GOLF, AND FUN THINGS TO DO. WE RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A GREAT PLACE TO STAY.

Best Condo Space Ever! Layout the best.

This had to be the best condo space we have ever rented. The condo was suberbly clean. The layout is just the best...everyone had their own privacy bedroom with a bath for each. It is located on 3rd floor which was walkable without using elevator. Parking convenient. Kitchen had everything imaginable for cooking. The view was wonderful. I would not hesitate to refer folks to this unit. Broadway at the Beach is just a few mintues from the condo. Landry's is a good restaurant there. The owners were wonderful to deal with (much nicer than using realtor). They even phoned us to see if we left early due to the approaching hurricaine. We hope to be able to return next year and rent this space....I would not rent any other!! The Bella's - Pennsylvania

What an amazing property! The entire process from booking to leaving went without a hitch. Mark was always proffesional and curtious no matter what the question was. The condo is spacious and very clean with everything you could possibly need. Perfect location with a fantastic view of the ocean. We enjoyed how quiet and relaxing it was, yet a short drive to attractions.The beach and pools are very clean and not overcrowded. We look forward to going back!

Our family rented this condo Sept 18-25, 2010. The condo had a fantastic view and it was the cleanest we have ever rented in our 30+ years of going to the Myrtle Beach area. The kitchen was equpped with everything we could have ever wanted . The grounds were clean and well cared for. We especially enjoyed the fact that the condo was on third floor and we didn't have to worry about one of those twentieth floor condos that we sometimes have been stuck with. Mark was very cooperative and business-like.. Thanks again for a fabulous vacation.

Our family has been going from WV to Myrtle Beach for a number of years. We stayed in this room in Aug. 2010 and it was the nicest we have ever rented! The owners have added several little touches that make you feel right at home. Although the weather was so nice we didn't need them, there were novel, games and magazines of all kinds in case the weather is inclement, or you just wanted to relax. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pans, etc., and the entire unit was immaculate. We had rented 3-bedroom units before and all the bedrooms were right off the main living area. This unit has little hallways that separate each bedroom so they are so private, yet close enough if you have small children staying in a different room. The unit overlooks the lazy river and had a very nice view of the beach from the large balcony off the living area and master bedroom. Everything was great! Can't wait to rent it again!

My family and I just love this condo! It is very roomy and accomdates my family in all its needs. Had trouble with the sliding glass door and someone was there to fix it quickly! We also like it being on the thrid floor as we have little ones and always have to run upstaris for something...Thank you in sharing your place with us every year! It is now our home away from home for a week...

Everything about this condo is great. The unit itself was very clean and well maintained while also being very well stocked with all the amenities anyone would need. The owners were great to deal with. Anytime I had a question or needed help with something, Mark was right there to help me out and give an answer. Really great people to deal with. The complex was very well maintained and the beach area was not overcrowded. Very ideal location, as there were very many restaurants around as well as being close to attractions. I would recommend anyone looking for a great place to stay in Myrtle Beach consider this unit!!!!!!

We had a great time in Myrtle Beach. The condo was excellent. More specifically: (1) Everything in the condo is VERY clean - better than some of the high end hotels. (2) Ocean view, access to the beach, swimming pools, bike route, etc. (3) Not too close to but an easy drive to all the attractions - a perfect balance. (4) The owners were very responsive during the reservation and check-in/out process. We didn't communicate much with them because there were no problems to communicate about. We'll definitely try to rent this unit again next time when we visit Myrtle Beach.

A Great Place to vacation!

This condo was great for us during our 2nd trip to Myrtle Beach. The first thing that struck me was how clean the condo was. During our stay I noticed that the lay-out of the condo offered each bedroom a lot of privacy. The location of this condo in the building was nice because the parking lot was so close and it made for ease of unloading your luggage and if you were leaving frequently (as we did) to visit the sites. Another nice thing was you coudn't hear racket down the hallway inside the condo. We also felt very safe here at this building. My whole family LOVED the heated lazy river. We visited so many places such as Dixie Stampede, Magic Quest, Barefoot Landing, Murrels Inlet and I felt like the location of the condo was ideal for visiting these places. The owners were wonderful to deal with also. Thanks again for allowing us to stay in your lovely condo. We love Myrtle Beach!

We rented this condo in October for a long overdue family vacation. We have grown children and having the 3 bed/3bath was perfect. To say this vacation was amazing is an understatement. If you are looking for a condo in Myrtle Beach this is the condo you want.What you see is exactly what you get,it is even nicer in person.Immaculately clean,beautiful view, comfortable and Mark and Anne Marie are a dream to work with. The pools are clean, the grounds are well kept and the location is perfect.It's in a quieter part of MB, away from all the crowds but located just a few minutes from everything.

This was our 2nd visit to Southwinds 306. We really enjoy staying in this condo. We love the location because it is a nice, quiet area and the beach is not as crowded as in some other areas (even in the busy summer months). The condo is very spacious and had everything we needed. Definately the nicest and cleanest condo we have ever rented. We are frequent Mrytle Beach visitors and have stayed in many different rentals but none compared to this. We truly felt at home. Enjoyed the pools, hottubs and definately the lazy river.(Especially my 6 month granddaughter.) Would definately love to return. Cleaning and linens included was an A++

This condo is definitely one of the nicest accomodations we've ever had at Myrtle Beach. We went with two other adult couples and it was large enough to give each couple their own privacy. This condo is really beautiful and clean. We really enjoyed our stay. It is a place where you really feel safe. It is a nice place to relax. We stayed at #306 Southwind for the week of April 7-14, 2007. The accomodations were exceptional. The pictures displayed of the unit are beautiful but upon entering the unit it was even more beautiful and luxurious than pictured. The building was quiet, clean, and our unit had a breathtaking view of the ocean, pools, and beach. The unit was fully stocked with kitchen utensils, towels, and linens. I know after seeing where friends stayed that our unit was far superior than most. I would most definitely stay and recommend #306 Southwind again.

My family really enjoyed our week long stay in unit 306 (October 2006). The Southwind is a top notch facility which is located in a peaceful (mostly residential) area of Myrtle Beach. Perfect for a relaxing vacation. Unit 306 is a spacious, beautifully furnished vacation home. This unit is exceptional, and it has everything you might need to enjoy some time away from home. We have stayed at several other facilites in Myrtle Beach in recent years and none can compare to what this unit offers. We all agreed that this was as good as it gets. Here are the best features: - Great location on 3rd floor - No parking hassles - Spacious balcony with access from the living room as well as Master Bedroom - Computer is great for checking email and researching local info - Beds are really comfortable - Furnishings are high quality - Master Suite is awesome! - Kitchen is well stocked The unit owners were wonderful to deal with. They are easy to contact and available to answer all your questions. They provided everything as promised. All in all, we had a very postive experience, and I would highly recommend this unit to anyone considering a Myrtle Beach vacation.
