You will receive full access to all Saddlebrooke has to offer including three clubhouses with resort style pools, state-of-the-art lighted tennis courts, restaurants, and countless other amenities and activities.
Note: One member of group must be at least 40 years old to qualify.
House is located near the second green, so it is also very close to the clubhouse with its restaurant, pools, tennis courts, and everything else! Take advantage of the multitude of Saddlebrooke activities and clubs while you are in town, including Saddlebrooke's award-winning tennis program featuring the STAMP system. This 2450 square foot home features a luxurious Master Suite with king bed with direct patio access and incredible views, a convertible queen bed in the family room also providing incredible views, and a separate private casita with another king bed, wet bar and bath.

If you choose, stay connected to civilization with full internet access including wireless router and the on-site computer named Javelina-One. The den/office features a wall mounted LCD TV so you can monitor the outside world while you work. The home also provides three other TVs with expanded cable and DVD players. A dvd library of great movies is also available.
Or if you prefer to take it easy, mix yourself a cocktail at the wetbar, or enjoy a drink from the patio ice cooler while catching a glimpse of some of the abundant wildlife or gasping at the incredible mountain views.
The home's private PebbleTek spa provides a great place to relax after playing one of the resort's three award winning golf courses.
The home provides a full gourmet kitchen with all appliances necessary to create a fantastic feast as well as a simple snack and there is a custom grill on the patio where you can work your magic to create a delicious meal.

Our stay in your Saddlebrooke home, the first two weeks of April, were delightful. We golfed, hiked, entertained friends, went for drives, and did a lot of just relaxing in your beautiful home (of which it is very conducive). We always enjoy sitting outside to read and relax; but your home is so open and has so many windows, that it is just as nice sitting inside as out. As you can tell, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and have placed your home on our highly recommended list.

We want to thank you for letting us rent your fabulous home a week in March. We know we were very fortunate to have your house with its awesome golfcourse and mountain view. Your location is very sought after because of the spectacular view. We enjoyed the water fall and spa, too. You thought of everything to make our stay great. I have never found a rental so well supplied and stocked for your rental guests.
