3 Bedroom Open Air Jungle House & seperate Tree House Rental located on Osa Peninsula in Southern Costa Rica near Corcovado. Sitting on over 120 acres of primary and secondary forest, this is a great place to get away from it all. Spectacular views of the Gulfe Dulce and only minutes away from spectacular beaches. 1 Hour from Matapalo. There is a also a second home high in the trees for rent- a tree house! This is not close to the main house rental & also has a pool. Total privacy from the main house-there is private seperate entrance with seperate parking not near either home for complete & total privacy. Treehouse sleeps 5 & is NOT recommeded for children under age 7. Rent both together for family event or seperately for complete privacy- even with loud music you will not see nor hear one from the other- how is that for privacy on 120 acres! Ask for more details about the tree hosue if interested- below are more details for main house.

Most of the rooms in the main home are completely free of walls, windows and doors. Imagine that? All bedrooms are screened in and have wonderful views of the forest behind the house. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, doors and comfy beds with comfy mattresses. Two kitchens, and two living rooms can accommodate any group nicely. Each room has a great view, you can even see the ocean from my Jacuzzi tub and the master bed. One bedroom is air conditioned.

Monkeys, Toucans, and Parrots visit daily. Sloths, eagles, owls, anteaters, Tayras and White hawks visit weekly. National Geographic calls my backyard the second most bio-diverse area in the world, home to more plant and animal species than North America .

Communications	Broadband Internet: We have high speed broadband internet which works most of the time but keep in mind this is a 3rd world country & we have NO landline phones so it is beamed across the Gulf via microwave. It works most of the time but is offered as a luxury & if it for some reason is out for a few hours you will be able to drive to Puerto Jimenez where there are high speed internet cafe's. WiFi (Wireless Internet): We also have WiFi so you can use your laptop anywhere in the house. You must bring your own laptop to access internet.
Other Amenities	Your private 1 mile driveway through old growth primary forest will deliver you to paradise, 4 types of monkeys, 2 types of toucans, 4 types of parrots, scarlet macaws and 100's of birds visit the house each day, You might get stuck feeding Lindo our resident parrot, he comes and goes like a teenager, Every morning wake up to fabulous ocean views and Volcano Baru in Panama far away in the distance, We also have wireless high speed Internet(with your own computer). Suitability	Pet Friendly: We have 3 dogs which will be here while you are! They are fed daily by our caretaker if you prefer not to do it yourself. If you are bringing a pet please let us know. We can give you details about bringing pets into Costa Rica. Our dogs aer extremely friendly & pretty much leave you alone! They liek a hello & a rub now & then. Not Suitable for Children: Our home is NOT childproof & is NOT suitable for small children. the house is open & from teh second level there are no walls or rails- we DO NOT recommend that you bring small children- it is better suited for adults or families with children over 7. You know your children better than we do but we must advise you it is NOT suitable for small children especially toddlers & babies. Smoking Allowed: Smoking is allowed ONLY in open areas of house Smoking Not Allowed: NO smoking is allowed in ANY bedroom, bathroom or closed rooms. Smoking IS allowed in all open areas of house- living room, kitchen, downstairs living room and anywhere on pool deck & outdoors.
