This brand new 80 m2 apartment is located on the malecon in the heart of Bocagrande in one of the most exclusive and high-end buildings in Cartagena. Enjoy the spectacular views along the beach and the old city. There are 2 airconditioned bedrooms each with a full bathroom and a LCD TV with DVD player ; Masterbedroom has a kingsize bed and a walkin closet, the other bedroom has 2 single beds wich can be converted into a king size bed. All furniture is new and of high quality. Sofa bed and cable TV/DVD in the livingroom, wireless internet access, a full kitchen + microwave, washer/dryer. Visitors/friends no problem. Apt includes 1 parking space.
24/7 security. There are 2 pools with excelent views, a gym, steamroom, suana ect.
The apt is a 10 minute taxi ride from the airport, 5 min taxi ride to the old city.
To book we need to receive 25% deposit.
We will send confirmation and registration form when we have received deposit.
The balance has to be paid in cash upon arrival.
