My husband and I stayed in this apartment during the week of New Year's/Epiphany with our two teenage children while visiting our oldest son, who is studying in Paris for the year. It was a perfect home for the four of us, with enough space for people to get a little distance from each other and do their own thing when they wanted, and it was a great gathering space for the five of us to enjoy each other's company in between forays out into the city. The apartment was accurately portrayed in the listing and photos, and it was well-maintained and as clean as a whistle. The kitchen was easy to use, and we were happy to be able to have some of our meals at home, both to save money and to spare us what can become the grind of constantly eating out! Being able to do laundry was also a huge plus. The owners were very helpful before and during our stay, actually dropping by on New Year's Eve to bring bulbs for the bedside lamps, which had burned out. One of my favorite nearby amenities, besides the patisserie/boulangerie on the corner, is the Blvd. Raspail street market, a wonderful place to buy vegetables, cheese, fish, meat, etc. on Tuesdays and Fridays. There is also an organic market there on Sundays. It is one of my favorite places in Paris. The Rue de Buci, a ten-minute walk away, is home to a lively street scene, as well as a small street market and Carton, a really wonderful patisserie/boulangerie. Although shops and restaurants near the apartment are fairly pricey - not surprising given the neighborhood - less expensive fare can be found as you head toward the Place St. Michel and the Latin Quarter. The Luxembourg Garden is another wonderful nearby amenity, and anyone staying in this neighborhood should visit the Eglise Saint-Sulpice, home to one of the world's great organs. We were lucky enough to be in the church when the organist was giving a demonstration of the organ's features to a group of visitors. I would definitely recommend this apartment to others.

This beautiful little apartment made our stay in Paris very special. The location is very convenient being a short walk to the subway, markets, amazing shopping, parks, and sights. We particularly loved the boulangerie downstairs that tempted us every morning with the beautiful aroma of freshly baked baguettes and croissants. Also we found a great little Italian restaurant around the corner, plus any number of patisseries to tempt the taste buds. There is also a mainstream supermarket nearby for the basics when and if you want to stay in and cook. The apartment is well equipped for a longer stay (we were there for 10 days - myself, my husband and our 10 year old) - with all the basics in the kitchen and a well equipped laundry. The owners were very easy to deal with, accommodating and responsive. We would not hesitate to stay in this apartment again.

This apartment is in a great location, is aesthically pleasing in design and decoration, yet is also highly efficient. It is also well managed with a convenient check-in arrangement. The apartment is located on a quiet street, just a few minutes walk to the ultra-popular St Germain, but the same few minutes of walking will take you to the quiet plaza and fountain in front of the grand, freshly-cleaned St Sulpice Church, the tranquil Luxembourg Gardens and the fashionable Cherche Midi neighborhood. We especially enjoyed the food halls at Au Bon Marche just a few minutes away where we counted over 50 types of sausage for sale, and wine from 5 euros per bottle up to 1,800 euros per bottle. The apartment is highly efficient with comfortable beds, reading lights in every corner and a great laundry closet with separate washer and dryer and hanging space. There are electrical outlets everywhere you turn and the wifi functioned flawlessly. The kitchen overlooks the courtyard to a highly-rated boutique hotel and in the summer you can open the window and listen to the fountain. The 1.5 baths functioned like 2 baths for our family of 4 with two fully-grown 16 and 20 year-old "children". The fully grown "children" were also comfortable with the beds in the middle room so we did not need the sofa bed and used the third room as a family room. While we enjoyed the apartment's proximity to major sites, the longer we were there, the more we enjoyed staying within a few blocks of the apartment. For casual dining we enjoyed the restaurants around the Marche St Germain behind the St Sulpice church.

Nice area of the city. On a quiet street in amoung busier streets with many good restaurants within 5-15 minute walk. Beautiful Luxembourg Park and St. Sulpice a short walk away. Two different metro lines within 2 blocks each. 20-40 minutes via metro's to all the major tourist attractions. Even took the train out to the Versailles Palace. Was so glad we did not rent a car. Accomodations were great for family of 4 with two young adult children: clean with a nice Paris ambience, nice bathroom with good water pressure, comfortable beds - even the pull-out sofa. Free internet was a plus. Kitchen had all the necessary things for breakfast or lunch (we went out to the great restaurants for dinner). Good bakery 4 doors down to get your morning croissant. Washer and dryer were very handy. The owner was helpful throughout the rental process. I would recomend this apartment to someone who wants to experince the St. Germain area of the city while using the good Paris public transporation system to see the sights!

Our family (older parents and 12 year old daughter) loved our stay in this beautiful and spacious apartment! I am fairly picky and this apartment exceeded my expectations....everything about it was fine quality, from the comfort of the beds to the sumptuous curtains and mellow wood floors, the modern and well-equiped kitchen, to the beautiful wood table and the elegant, but comfy chair and sofa in the living room. This place felt even better than home once we unpacked and got settled....it was perfectly tidy and clean and has a lovely feel to it. The apartment is in an ideal and safe location, with intriguing shops, great bakeries and salad spots, and nearby metros. The square two blocks away, with the fountain and St. Sulpice is picturesque, and there are great restaurants right nearby. The pizza and salad restaurant on the corner...just a few doors from the apartment....is a must! It doesn't sound like what you go to Paris for, but was phenomenally good. Our last night we tried to go there a second time....and arrived at 8:04....and there was nothing available for the rest of the evening...so, get reservations. Never had better pizza or salad in my life! In the apartment, the lift was very helpful, neighbors were quiet, and the washer and dryer were sooo helpful. Lynn stocks the laundry room generously with towels and an assortment of extra blankets, plus laundry detergent, spot remover, all the amenities of home. The middle room with the long twin bed and TV was perfect for our daughter. The trundle bed would have been ideal for a second child. Internet access was a cinch and there were also helpful maps and guides in the cupboard. Lastly and very important, the owner, Lynn, was very helpful, prompt, and patient (with my umpteen initial questions) and a pleasure to do business with. We would stay here again in a heart beat and will recommend to anyone bound for Paris!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment! We are a family of 4 (parents, 15 and 9 year olds). There was plenty of room, nice furnishings, great appliances (especially the separate washer and dryer), elevator, really anything you could need. Kitchen was larger than in pictures. It was great having internet access, too! The location was perfect; plenty of shops and restaurants around. It was easy to get around by walking or metro. The owner was very pleasant to work with. We would definitely stay in this apartment again!

This is a terriffic apartment in a lively Paris neighborhood with shops, restaurants, and the always necessary bakeries!! Very comfortable and well equipped. My family had a great stay and the owner was very helpful and reliable. The aroma from the bakery on the corner was especially seductive. Nice to be walking distance to three separate Metro lines so you could easily travel to different areas in Paris to see the many sights.
