- Three bedrooms upstairs: one with king bed and mattress for small child, and two bedrooms with queen beds. There is a bathroom for each bedroom
- One bedroom downstairs plus a play room with TV and futon that could sleep one person comfortably. The downstairs bedroom has bunk beds with a double on the bottom bunk
