Supplied our basic needs and was in decent condition. Unfortunately, the mattresses on the bunk beds are in horrible condition. Three adults stayed in this condo, one of which slept on the bunk beds. The mattresses are not only poor quality, but provide no support whatsoever. They need to be replaced. The kitchen could use more amenities, like sharp, cutting knives. The R kitchen cabinet door (under the sink) is broken. The closet needs more hangers. Could use a good, deep cleaning in the off season.Recommended for: Tourists without a car.
Owner response: We are sorry you felt the bunk beds were not comfortable. We have not received this complaint before and will forward it to the owners. They are quite adamant about maintaining, updating and making sure their condo is well stocked and enjoyed by all.

Great for a weekend get away. We also like to use it when the whole family is there and can't fit into the house on the beach front. Its great to have access to the pools and jacuzzi when you are tired of the sandRecommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

My husband and I stayed here with our 6 year old and it was great.We had just enough space. It was nice having our own private bedroom. Our son liked the bunk beds and he had his own half bath right next to his little area. The kitchen had everything we needed. We went grocery shopping and cooked in a couple of nights. Gulf Place is a great place with restaurants and shops on site. Bike rental, too. It is a walk across the street to the beach, which was beautiful. This unit was very clean and nicely decorated. We liked driving to Seaside, and saved a lot of money staying a couple of miles away. We were also close to Destin, but away from the crazy crowds. I would stay here again- we had a great time!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, tourists without a car.
