Charming, four bedroom Victorian home sleeps four privately - ten in shared space and shared beds (queens and king). Perfect for the whole family. Relax on the front porch, walk to the beach, or bird watch at Kiptopeke state park. The large kitchen is well stocked with all utensils and cooking needs. Coffeemaker,blender, food processor, etc. Picnic table and grill in back for outside dining.Upstairs bedroom #1 has one queen bed. Upstairs bedroom #2 has two twin beds and is connected to bedroom #1, upstairs bedroom #3 contains one king bed.

Living room has queen-size futon/couch. Downstairs bedroom off kitchen has 2 twin-size beds. Dining room seats six comfortably. Full bath upstairs, half downstairs. We have recently painted all rooms indoors. This is a typical Victorian with rooms that are not large, but ample enough. We have taken care to make the home cozy and welcoming using our personal eclectic mix of furniture. This is not a luxury rental, but very clean and casual.

We have stocked the house with various games for the whole family, as well as a puzzle or two.Family beach is seven blocks away and perfect for beach glass gathering, kitesailing, swimming.The owners of this home also rent moped scooters during the summer for exploring the Eastern Shore while enjoying the sun. Be sure to ask in advance and we will have a scooter waiting for you at the house.

The new town dock is great fishing and the most spectacular sunset watching on the East coast as the sun sets over the bay to the West. Cape Charles offers golf, marina, antique treasures,an Irish pub, fine dining, and cute shops. Kiptopeke State Park nearby for fishing, public boat ramp, and hiking. Just a great place to relax in picturesque Victorian village.
