Recently renovated first floor unit located in the Lodge at Litchfield Inn includes two new and very comfortable queen-size beds. The 2 pools and the beach are just a few steps away from our first floor unit! Rentals include bath towels and linens at no extra charge! It also includes maid service for the departure cleaning!
There is a beach umbrella service and new bar and grill on site (Austin's). There are many great places close by for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or SHOPPING!

Maximum occupancy is 4 people. Check-in 2:00 pm day of arrival;check-out is 10:30 am morning after your last night.
Jan.-April 3, 2008....$75/night..April 4-June 1...$100/night.
June 2-August 4,2008...$125/night Aug 5- Sept 14, 2008 .. $100/night
Sept 15- Jan 2009 $75/night
A 50% deposit is required at the time of the reservation, if the reservation
is within 30 days, otherwise a one night deposit is due to hold the reservation.
There is a 3-day minimum stay. The balance is due before accessing the unit.
Payment can be made by personal check, Paypal, or money order.
