A two year young landscaped private villa, perched high on a hill is centrally located on the south side of the island with easy access to major roads on a gated, private one acre estate.
Wrap-around, covered verandahs with ceiling fans offer thrilling panoramic views of Charlotte Amalie town and St Thomas harbor. Watch cruise ships, ferry boats and sea planes from the comfort of your villa. Come and experience breath taking views that you will long remember after your visit.
The villa features a paved lighted driveway with entry gates and private lighted parking area. A curved stairway leads from the parking area to a lush courtyard and the main entrance.
The entrance opens into the Great Room housed in a central building with vaulted cedar ceiling and exposed beams, loads of windows and French doors offering expansive views and tropical breezes. The sunken entertainment area is equipped with HDTV, an 8 speaker Home Entertainment system, Blu-ray/DVD player and iPod docking station. There are 4 ceiling fans, wireless internet access and an expansive desk area.
Also in the Great Room is a gourmet kitchen with gas cook top and oven, lots of granite counter top space, center island with breakfast bar and four stools, and a flat panel under counter TV. There is a separate pantry area with blender, toaster and coffee maker. It is fully equipped with dishes, utensils and pans.
Next door and on the same level is the main level bedroom suite. It also has wrap around covered porches, large glass French doors on two sides, flat panel HDTV, air conditioning, ceiling fan and attached bathroom. From the room there are beautiful views of the harbor and pool area. Available with a queen sized bed or two twin sized beds - your option. In addition a blow up twin bed, a roll away twin bed or baby crib are available.
The master suite, located on the upper level, features a vaulted cedar ceiling with exposed beams. Enjoy tbe wrap around covered balcony and a private shower each with spectacular panoramic views of the town and harbors. It is furnished with a king size waterbed, a flat panel HDTV, air conditioning and two ceiling fans.
Also available are a blow up twin bed, a roll away twin bed and a baby crib.
Adjacent to the Great Room and Guest Bedroom, the villa features a secluded swimming pool with infinity edge overlooking the town and main harbor, an outdoor shower, and a pool deck with two chaise lounges and other patio furniture.
Outside of the kitchen on the veranda and overlooking the harbor is a dining area with teak wood table and 5 chairs. An outdoor gas grill with 3 main burners and a side warming burner is nearby.
Towels, linens, soap, and shampoo are provided.

It is really hard to sum up what a wonderful property this is! If you are planing a trip to St. Thomas, look no further!! The property has everything one could look for in a peaceful vacation. I was hesitant to rent a villa, but Sandra and Dave made things so easy, we went for it. We will never stay in a resort again! If you are looking for privacy, beautiful scenery, and relaxation, make this villa your stop. The property is set up perfectly for a family of four, couples, and friends. The pool is perfect for a quick swim. We rented a vehicle which helped us get places easily (rent a Jeep or something similar), but the roads are very steep. Sandra and Dave were wonderful in helping us find our way around the island and with suggestions on places to visit and dine. We had the pleasure of staying in this gorgeous villa over Thanksgiving with friends, and we had rare occasion to leave! The house - with all of its personal touches and stunning views - was welcoming, comfortable, and a mini-paradise. We cooked just about every meal in the open gourmet kitchen (and if you love to cook, you'll find everything you could possibly need here). We enjoyed breakfast, lunch and dinner on the wrap-around veranda while taking in the views. The infinity pool also overlooks the water and Charlotte Amalie, very special. The home and all of its areas were spotless and wonderfully appointed.There is also an extensive library of books and movies that lent to our entertainment on those evenings we chose to stay in. Sandra and Dave were gracious hosts, and were very attentive to any questions we had both before and during our stay. They were even kind enough to transport us from and to the airport...even making a stop on way to the grocery store when we arrived! Whenever we travel to St. Thomas, we will definitely be back to stay. We can't wait to share this stunning home with more of our family and friends. Wow...what do we say about this property? We went to St. Thomas for our son's wedding and never expected to fall in love with a villa. This place is absolutely gorgeous. The porch is hard to leave after watching the cruise ships coming and going and the city lights at night. The iguanas, parrots, parakeets, hummingbirds and butterflies are also in view from the porch. The kitchen is well-equipped, the great room is a good place to relax, the bedrooms are beautiful, the upstairs bathroom is stunning with all the tile....especially the shower window looking out to the bay. There is also a balcony off the upstairs bedroom that is also hard to leave. The view is breathtaking. The pool is also beautiful with plenty of room to lounge. The owners really make sure you are taken care of and make you feel completely at home and comfortable in your new surroundings. They offered us suggestions on places to visit and restaurants to try. We would highly recommend renting a jeep or small suv to get around St. Thomas or St. John as the roads are steep. After one day of driving on the left-hand side it actually becomes second-nature. There are many beautiful vantage points on the island that are accessible by vehicle. Also, don't miss the opportunity to visit St. John because it is absolutely breathtaking.
