Welcome to PP 3 our newest vacation rental property with 8 bedrooms. It is directly across the street from the Ocean. The villa is very spacious with a huge kitchen (2 frig's), dining, and living area. There are 2 living areas each with a 55 inch Sony TV's and blue ray DVD players and cable boxs with a DVR. There's HS internet. All the bedrooms have wood flooring and the other area's have tile! There is a master on the first floor with a balcony facing the Ocean it has a spa tub and separate shower. The other bedroom down has a king bed and another full bath. There are 4 king bedrooms upstairs with 3 of the balconies facing the ocean! The other 2 bedrooms each have 2 bunk beds in each room (sleeps 4 in each room). There are tv's and dvd players in all bedrooms. There is a new full size LG front loading washer and dryer. We provide the linens, cleaning, beach towels and chairs and any baby items that are needed: a crib, high chair, packnplays, stroller, etc.There is an outdoor grilling area with 5 grills. There is a nice pool and hot tub! You will love the Villa!
There are only 12 units in the building and I own 2 of the 8 bedroom Units! My husband and I own and manage all 4 of our properties. We have them all listed on homeaway.com. We have 2 eight bedroom villa's that have the exact same floor plan and much of the same funiture. They are PP2 and PP3. One is on the 2nd floor and one is on the 4th floor. We have 2 couples who take care of each villa. We do not use a cleaning or linen service. We use the same linens that we use in our personal beach home. The couples who clean them do an excellent job. We try to provide you with items that will make your vacation easier so when you arrive you can relax, go to the beach or whatever you choose to do. We have lots of baby items for your use such as: a full size crib, 2 packnplays, a high chair, booster seats, baby swing, exersaucer, stroller, etc... If you need something for a baby that is not there please let us know, we have 6 grandchildren that are very young so we totally understand. We also provide beach chairs and towels. We have 8 chairs and 12 beach towels for your use. We put a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and put out a roll or paper towels as well as trash bags so you will have some to use until you have time to buy more. We do provide hand soap in each bathroom as well as dish soap. There are usually coffee filters, some spices, that we leave for your use. There are 2 refrigerators in each villa as well as 2 coffee makers, 2 blenders, lots of dishes and silverware, a pancake griddle, a waffle maker, lots of cooking items, and utensils. We have a well stocked kitchen for the cooks in your family. We have hd tv's as well as hd cable boxes in each living area one of them is a dvr for recording shows. There is wifi which has a secure line so the password is given to you before you arrive. There are books and dvd's for you use as well as games. My husband is retired now and we are here at the beach so if there is an issue, we are here to take care of it right away. Our personal beach house is about a block from all 4 of our properties so we are close by if you need anything. We strive to make your vacation experience as relaxing and carefree as possible. What a great week at a wonderful place, so roomy and everything we needed. We had 3 babies with us and the place was so well equipped with a high chair, 2 cribs, bouncers, etc...Thank You! We enjoyed games around the large table at night and sitting on the back porch. Our stay here was one to remember. We enjoyed the golfing, beach, and restaurants also relaxing on the balconies and by the pool. We love Benitos for the best pizza. We went to Molly Darcy's for dinner on the deck overlooking the ocean. The place was so clean and the kitchen had everything we could possibly need. We can't wait to come back. Jan and Shelley, Our time here has been awesome! This is our first family vacation in many many years. After one day here, we decided this needed to become a family tradition. We loved your place. It has everything you could possibly imagine, Very spacious. We had 11 grandchildren and 10 adults and we could all be together. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The fresh flowers were very nice that you had on the hutch. This was like a home away from home, but much larger. We got to make a lot of great memories here together, but so sad to have to go. We had 20 family members ranging from 1-70 years old. We had all our kids, grandchildren, cousins. It was great. We had plenty of room for everyone. The crib for our grandson was awesome as well as all the other baby items we used. Shelley even brought over a jogging stroller for our daughter to use on the beach. We had a family member that is handicapped and Shelley and her husband picked up a beach wheel chair for our use during the week. They also rented us one of their personal golf carts so we could drive him around easier. The beach was beautiful here. We were close to so many nice restaurants, shopping, golfing, and other activities. We will definitely be back. Thanks Shelley and Jan for making our vacation so relaxing. About the owner: My husband and I own and manage our 4 properties. We take excellent care of all 4 of them. My husband is a retired Dentist and we still have a home in Greensboro, NC but spend 99% of our time now at our beach home in North Myrtle Beach. We love it here! We have 8 grandchildren! We now own 2 eight bedroom villa's in the building. They are exactly the same floor plan. If you want to see the other villa it is #237192 on homeaway.com. My husband and I grew up in Ohio and both graduated from Ohio State University in 1974 and then he attended dental school at OSU. (Go Bucks!) We own a personal beach home near all 4 of our properties. We really looked up and down the coast before deciding on this area of North Myrtle Beach. One reason we loved this section called Crescent Beach is the beach is very wide and beautiful. It is never crowded and very family and pet friendly. You are allowed to drive golf carts all over this area of the beach. You are also allowed to ride bikes on the beach. We are close to everything: Parks, Golf Courses, Fine Restaurants, Fantastic Shopping, Tennis Courts, Amusement Parks, Water Sports, Beach Shops, Shows and Entertainment, Marina's, Inlets to the Ocean, Gambling Boats, Deep Sea Fishing, etc....It is a great location!
Why the Owner Chose Other Crescent Beach Properties:
Well first of all, I am extremely concerned about making sure that when you arrive that everything is clean and in great working order. I would never rent a property that I myself would not love. It takes good organization and planning to keep our properties up to our standards. We are very fortunate to have found individuals to clean each property who understand what I expect and whom themselves are clean freaks. They have other jobs and clean only for me. I try to pay them what they deserve for all their hard work. (I do not ever use a cleaning service). I stock the kitchen better than my own. I try to provide you with everything you will need when preparing meals for a large group. The villa is very spacious and a group of 20 should not feel crowded. It is across the street from the beach. There are large balconies facing the Ocean so you do have Ocean views too!
The Unique Benefits at this Villa:
I provide 8-10 beach chairs and 12 beach towels. There are sand toys, boogie boards, etc... in a container right outside the front door. I also provide a beach wagon and a beach cart for your use. I also provide baby items such as a full size crib, crib sheets, mattress pad, 3 packnplays, a packnplay mattress, high chair, booster seat, infant swing, infant bouncer seat, infant bath tub, exersaucer, stroller, baby gates, bed rails, etc...A secure hs internet service as well as hd cable boxes in each living area and 2 55inch Sony flat screen TV's each with blue ray dvd players. There are of course flat screen tv's and dvd players in each bedroom. There is also a new LG front loading washer and dryer. I think we strive to make your vacation as relaxing as possible! Please let us know if there is a special request and we will do our best to accommodate you! We do pick up beach wheel chairs for our guests and return them.
