I would definitely recommend it to my friends, everything was as expected. We did not spend much time with nearby activities, just staying on the beach, working out in a fitness room, barbequing using a great grill just outside of the apartment. There is a nice sauna in the fitness room as well. Sitting on a balcony sipping scotch, watching sunset over the ocean was priceless!

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

What a wonderful and relxing time. We arrived (along with lots of other family in three other condos) for my brothers wedding in Fallbrook. Our condo was (in my opinion) the best location and the most homey! Convenient to pool, beach and laundry. Fun was had by everyone. Thankyou very much! We will be back!

Had a wonderful time! Apartment was terrific and convenient. Close to market and art fair. Although the weather was unreasonably warm (103 degrees the first day here), the condo was cool and comfortable. We spent a few days relaxing before welcoming home our Marine from Afghanastan. The condo was clean and loaded with amentities. The location was close to pool, spa and beach. Parking spot was perfect. This place will stay on our list of favorites.

Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your wonderful vacation condo here in Oceanside. We absolutely love it here. We had a wonderful time and would love to come back and stay again. We appreciate your reccomendation of Mary's for breakfast. What a great little place that was. And we also very much enjoyed the ammenities here at the complex. The workout room is awesome and the boys loved ping pong. We are all going home a little pink and very happy and are looking forward to our next visit.

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed staying in your condo. It was just perfect for the four of us! Kids loved the pool and hottub! The beach was terrific! We cant wait to come back next year! Thank you for the basket of snacks and sparkling cider! Having everything here made our vist that much easier and more enjoyable!

Absolutely GORGEOUS!!! Thank you Diane & George for a wonderful trip. We had so much fun here. The ocean views were amazing and the condo was clean and beautifully decorated in a beach motif. Super cute! They had everything there for us to use so it was nice and convenient. We especially liked all of the beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, toys, boogie boards). This was a prime location spot because it was right next to the beach, harbor area, and the pier. Plenty of fun things to do within walking distance. Go walk down the pier and visit the marina in the Harbor area! We spent a lot of time on the beach and walked along the shore. Very relaxing and beautiful. We even looked around the condo area which had ping-pong, jacuzzis, pools, putting green, and billiards.There was a welcome book which had phone numbers, maps, restaurant recommendations, etc. The Nautical Bean, Harbor Fish&Chips, and Dominic's were delicious! At the condo, we listened to the waves and sat out on the balcony with drinks relaxing. Sunsets were amazing! Check-out was easy because there was a checklist. Again, we had a wonderful stay so thank you Diane & George! I highly recommend others to come visit here. Can't wait to go back again!

We so enjoyed two weeks at your beach condo. It was comfy, cozy and decorated with all the stuff we love! We made lots of fun memories with our family and friends. Never ventured far since we live an hour and a half away. :) Restaurants we enjoyed for those who read this early in their trip: Rockin Baja Lobster and Coastal Cantina in the Oceanside Harbor; The Armenian Cafe and Harbor Fish in Carlsbad. All Yummy :) Played some great ping pong to work it all off!! :) Thankyou for sharing your home away from home with us. It was great.

We met with our parents (from Memphis Tn.) here and we are from Pasadena, Ca. My mom was very pleased with your hospitality- that says a lot when you are from the south!...Where hospitality rules! We enjoyed going to the Wild Animal Park, the San Diego Zoo and Sea World! We loved the view and decided we really wanted to stay a month not just a week. We greatly appreaciated all you had here and my husband and I especially loved the boogie boards. We could easily become beach bum, but back to the salt mine we go! There is a great peacefulness to be found in the ocean! Our six year old daughter could not have had more fun- she loved it all., We loved the pool, the spa, the parking and all you had in the condo.We would love to own a place like this. What an amazing blessing to share with others. The week went by so very quickly.

Diane, Thank you for the wonderful stay! We enjoyed every minute of it. The jacuzzi was warm and relaxing. The pool was cool and refreshing. The beach chairs were perfect for napping, reading and enjoying the sun. The perfect 75 degree temperature was a terrific change from the 100 plus degree temperature in Riverside. We shopped at the outlets, ate dinner at Jolly Roger and breakfast at Mary's, watched the sunset, took walks and had a fabulous time. Thank you so much for your hospitality and all the special touches.

We had a great time here. This place is a paradise. We loved to swim in the pool and hang at the beach after a busy day visiting the attractions lcose by (Legoland, Disneyland, San Deigo Zo). We felt at home and did not want the week to end. We enjoyed everything. Thank you for your hospitality.

This place is perfect! You have everything we need!! Our mother and her best friend loved the seaside decor. We had many wonderful beach walks and my husband surfed with the dolphins!! The grounds are immaculate and we all enjoyed feeding the Koi in the pond. Thanks for everything P.S. It was great to have the bottle of wine when we first arrived :)

We had a great week. Took long walks to the pier in the morning and had breakfast at Ruby's. Went to San Diego and visited the Zoo and Sea World. Loved just sitting on the patio looking at the water and reading the paper. Great time!!!

Fab place; everything we needed and then some! It was just like being at home, but better. We went surfing, hiking, antiqueing, played pool and ping pong. The boys surfed twice, sometimes three times a day. The hot tub was great. We took day trips to Coronado and Newport-Balboa. The boys caught some fish on the pier, and met up with a friend stationed at the base. Wonderful vacation, your home is lovely and we hope to come back again. Thanks.

List of favorites: The Beach! Center City Golf Course; Emerald Isle Golf Course; peace and quiet! What a wonderful getaway! We relaxed, ate good food, played games, watched movies and enjoyed what this nice area had to offer. Your place is a gem- Thankyou!
