The Green Turtle II is a 45 foot motor yacht Bed and Breakfast as luxurious as it is unique. Set in the histroic Charlestown Navy Yard in Boston Harbor, the Green Turtle II offers an expansive view of Boston along with the comfort and amenites of a modern B & B. The Green Turtle II is permanently docked at a protected marina during your stay. The USS Constitution, Bunker Hill Monument and the Freedom Trail are just a short walk away. Board the inner harbor ferry to the Aquarium or Quincy Market/Fanueil Hall ($1.70 Per person) or take the free bus shuttle to North Station(.07 miles away) to the subway to any of the sites.
Enjoy the comforts of a bed and breakfast and the privacy of your own yacht. The Green Turtle was designed for comfort above all and the only reminder you are floating in Boston Harbor is the sound of the gulls, motion of the sea and reflection of the ocean dancing on the ceiling.

There is a dinette and galley along with a fantastic aft deck with comfortable outdoor seating area with spectacular views. She is heated and air conditioned. We are just a few steps away on our boat.

The pictures here don't do it justice! My boyfriend and I stayed aboard the Green Turtle II recently and LOVED IT! We didn't know what to expect since it was a gift from his brother and we'd never stayed in Charlestown, much less aboard a yacht! Once we stepped aboard the Green Turtle II we didn't want to leave. Everything we needed was right on the boat: free drinks, snacks, and breakfast was served promptly at 8am (time we requested). The interior of the boat is immensely cozy, but what my boyfriend and I really loved was lounging on the deck with a big blanket, watching other boats go by, sipping our drinks, and enjoying the view of downtown Boston. The area surrounding the b&b was amazing as well, and I wish we'd had more time to explore. It's right near the Navy Yard, where there are some fabulous restaurants, parks, and museums. I hear it's very easy to get to downtown Boston if that's what you want, but we never felt the need to leave our little area. John & Karen, the owners, were also fabulous, warm, welcoming hosts. They gave us great suggestions on what to see and do during our short stay and I'm so glad we listened!
