Exceptional Incline Village Condominium available to rent for complete comfort and enjoyment during your stay in picturesque Lake Tahoe.
This Condo is EXTREMELY UNIQUE in the sense that you have the option to seperate two families or your existing family into two connecting dwellings. The upstairs and downstairs units each have their own entrance door with key access. So during the day and evening you can leave the Condo open for friends/family to have full access to both up and downstairs and at night you have the capability of locking the doors and seperating the lower and upper dwellings for privacy. This is the ideal situation when traveling with two families. The upstairs provides the main, fully equipped kitchen however, the lower dwelling has a small range/normal size refridgerator/mini sink and disposal/microwave/cabinets.
The UPPER LEVEL is completely remodeled with high end materials, new furnishings and designer paint. It has one bedroom with a queen size bed, a loft with two twin beds, one full bathroom, a woodburning fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and toys/books available for children. (sleeps 4 comfortably)
The LOWER LEVEL has been updated with new carpet, designer paint and nice furnishings. It has one bedroom with a queen size bed, a queen sofa bed in the living room, one full bathroom, and kitchenette. (sleeps 2, can accomodate 4)

Both dwellings have high-speed DSL Internet access available through wired and wireless connections.
This Condominium is situated in the best of locations within Incline Village. Everything is within close walking or driving distance.
* Lakeshore Boulevard is a 5 minute walk away. This boulevard offers a scenic, paved pathway that takes you along the beautiful beaches of Incline Village and some beautiful homes as well. It's a perfect path for biking, walking and running.
* Stroll the other direction on Lakeshore to the Hyatt Regency Hotel and you can test your luck in the casino or enjoy a delicious meal with a view at the fabulous Lone Eagle Grill. On a chilly night, take advantage of the outdoor fire pits or enjoy a drink inside by the fire while listening to the great sounds of a local musician.
* If you love golf, the sensational, picturesque Incline Village Championship Golf Course is located just right across the street.
* For a trip to the beach, you can take a short, easy walk to Ski Beach which offers a boat launch, playground for kids, barbeque grills, picnic benches,and a snack shack in the summer months. Beautiful Burndt Cedar Beach which also offers a swimming pool and Incline Beach are also just a short distance away. These are private beaches that are given privileged use to Incline Village residents and guests, such as yourself, only. Authorized guest passess will be provided upon your stay which enables you to enter these beaches with a minimal fee.
