This three-bedroom, two-bath house is placed among some of the most beautiful desert Vistas you will find here in California, or anywhere. It is located at the top of the La Quinta Cove area, just a few steps from a protected state reserve, yet only a 1 minute drive to Historic Old Town La Quinta, the New Silver Rock Golf Course, Arnold Palmer's Restaurant and the La Quinta Resort. You are within 50 yards walking distance of the famous Mountain Hiking Trails. Breathtaking views are present from most every location in this brand new, 2000 square foot home.

Carranza features a formal living room as well as a massive great room that opens out from the kitchen via a long, granite cook and serve bar. Also from the kitchen, french doors lead out to the brand new private pebble tec heated pool and spa, lined in custom stone with a turquoise bottom, and chlorine-free salt water purification system. Entertaining will be delightful and gratifying for you and your guests.

The master-suite has a king-size bed, large walk in closet and dual shower-heads in the oversized shower. It also has a pair of french doors leading out to the pool. Guest room one, has a queen-size bed and the other has a double. There is also a queen-size convertible sofa in the formal living room.

All rooms have TV/DVDs and the great room has a large flat panel HD plasma display television/wall mounted and audiophile surround sound mounted in the cieling. Neptune washer and dryer. Stainless steel appliances in kitchen and fully stocked with quality cooking utensils, dishes, silverware, and every conceivable amenity. There is also a private entrance courtyard, complete with three-tiered Spanish fountain that welcomes you to the luxuries of Carranza.
