This is an awesome condo. I would definitely recommend this location if you are looking for something on the beach that isn't right in the middle of the chaos, but close enough so you won't have to travel far. It was nice and clean upon arrival, stocked, loaded and ready to go. Our vacation in Miami Review Submitted: September 16, 2012 Date of Stay: September 2012 We spent three days and were wonderful The kitchen has everything you need . It has two bathrooms and each bedroom has great closets with large doors and even hangers. All beds are comfortáveis ??and has pillows and comforters. It also has everything you need to go to the beach, as chair, towels and cooler. There are three TVs and some DVDs, one in each room. Near the house there are many restaurants and shops. This was our first vacation trip to Miami and when we get back, we wish to stay in this property. Everything was perfect. IlzaOwner response: Ilza, Thank you for your kind words. Although it was a bit difficult to communicate with each other, we somehow managed, lol... I'm glad you really enjoyed your stay, it was my pleasure to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

This condo was absolutely beautiful. The photos are accurate. We spent a week here and it was fantastic. The kitchen is fully stocked and has everything you need - plates, silverware, pots and pans, even wine and champagne glasses! The refrigerator, oven and dishwasher are all extremely clean, big and new. The many small appliances (toaster, blender & coffee maker) are all very nice and there's lots of room in the kitchen and at the dining room when you want to entertain. Two spotless bathrooms helped us get ready to go to out quickly - either during the day to walk to the beach nearby or to drive to all the nightlife in Miami. Lots of towels and wash cloths. Each large bedroom had giant closets with mirrored doors and even hangers for our clothes. The beds were comfortable with lots of pillows and extra comforters. In the laundry area, we found beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler, charcoal for the barbecue on the deck and even a beach ball! When we didn't go out, there were 3 flat screen TVs with Dish and some DVDs, one in every room. The back of the condo has a deck on the Intracoastal Waterway with tables and chairs - we even fished from the deck! I had some questions that were answered quickly by the owner, who was very helpful and polite. There are grocery stores, restaurants and take out places nearby. This was the first time we stayed in Miami and when we come back in a few years, we're definitely going to do this again. You were one of the first to enjoy this newly completed remodeled unit. Everything is brand new in the unit from the utensils to the appliances to even the dining room table. We think the central location is also very convenient as well. Glad you thought so too. It makes us feel good that we were a part of the good experience you had here in Miami Beach as it was the first time you were there. It would be a pleasure having you stay again.
