This is a lovely property. Just off the freeway, but quiet house in quiet neighborhood. 1 block from charming picnic area overlooking ocean. Ocean view from house. Very central to Pismo, San Luis Obispo, Morro Bay, etc. Beach was minutes away. The house itself is very well appointed. Nicely furnished, well equipped kitchen, nice linens on comfy beds, and clean. Great separation of space--common areas included a garage conversion into a game room with pool table/board games/darts, etc.,a living room with a fireplace, a loft area and an outside patio so our party never felt crowded. Owner was terrific-gave us lots of good recommendations. Would definitely recommend.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This was an AMAZING house. It has many luxuries. The kitchen is the very best stocked kitchen we have ever rented -- including many spices and exotic spices as well! There are pantry items provided, as well as any type of cooking, serving, storing medium you can imagine. (Can you tell I like to cook?) Also, the DVD collection provided was awesome, as were the many different TV's throughout the house, the pool table, dart board and computer/desk! We truly felt almost like we were in our own home. Each bedroom is comfortable and sheets and towels are abundant. Also, we had one small problem with the spray faucet on the kitchen sink, and they came that same day and resolved the problem. We would HIGHLY recommend this property to anyone considering the Shell Beach / Pismo Beach area. It is centrally located and a great vacation home. These are terrific VRBO owners.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 1/1

the rental home is even better than advertised. we spent an amazing week and will definitely be back, although we hope it remains a hidden gem. the san luis pier is a great place to pick up fresh fish and it's now apple season so take a side trip to see canyon and get some fresh pressed cider.Did you find this review helpful? Perfect family vacation home. All you need is a toothbrush. Has everything you could possibly need, movies, games, books, all utensils, million dollar views of the ocean, decks with luxury furniture, ceiling fans everywhere, quality beds and linens. Didn't want to leave. Loved the game room for the boys and the plasma tv for football, with the wetbar upstairs. Would stay again. Thanks for a memorable time. DianaDid you find this review helpful?
