Our condo has been completely renovated and has been used as a model by the developer. Upgrades include brand new stainless steel appliances, crown mouldings, granite countertops, tiles through out and a flat LCD TV in the living area with a DVD player for your convenience. This one bedroom condo has a Queen size bed, a dresser and a TV/DVD player. The living area has a Queen size sleeper sofa. Enjoy the daily activities in the Cocoa Beach area, visit any of the theme parks in Orlando or Kennedy Space Center and come back to your tranquil condo away from the big crowds. The beach is just a few steps away from your condo. Kitchen is fully equipped with a blender, toaster, coffee maker, pots and pans, and much more. We provide 2 beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler.
