This is the one you're looking for. It's a roomy and nicely finished beach condominium in an ideal location. We are less than a block from the nicest beach in Del Mar. You don't have to walk down a bluff. Just cross the street and walk down the access road right to the beach. We are also walking distance from the race track through the back of the property.
A high speed internet connection and cable TV are included in the rent along with everything you need from towels and sheets to boogie boards. There's an outside shower to rinse the sand off your feet on the ground floor of the building. (Please use it) There is one assigned parking stall and an overflow area that is usually available for a second car.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed and the 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds. I have posted a picture of the large sectional couch which could sleep a couple of kids in sleeping bags. The property is located between 27th and 28th streets on the east side of Camino Del Mar. Call us for additional details.
