Beachfront, two level, 1165 square foot townhouse unit #802 in Ocean Dunes.
This two story unit sleeps six and has 2 private oceanfront decks overlooking beach off the second level master bedroom and first level family room. The first level including family room, kitchen and 1/2 bath has been remodeled in 2008 and early 2009 with new wood flooring, upgraded with major stainless steel kitchen appliances and completely repainted.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed with private bath and cable TV with VCR, the second bedroom has a queen size bed with bath and the lower level family room has a pull out sofa with 1/2 bath, cable TV, VCR, DVD, CD player and gas fireplace.
Fully equipped kitchen with major and minor appliances and separate washer and dryer enclave. Covered private parking for 2-3 vehicles under unit. A tenant secured locker in the covered carport has sand toys, beach chairs, beach umbrella, floating tubes, and space for tenant beach items. Pets and smoking are not permitted.
The Ocean Dunes complex amenities open to all guests include one indoor pool, 3 outdoor pools, jacuzza, sauna, fitness center, tennis courts, basketball court, playground and boat/trailer parking.
Walk on beach to nearby fishing pier and local restaurants. Premier surfishing location all year but particularly Sept-Nov and Mar - May. SPECIAL EXTENDED WINTER PERIOD RENTALS FOR SNOWBIRDS.
