Our luxurious home has beautiful views over a picturesque lake to the 11th tee of Long Marsh Golf Course. The accommodation is finished to the highest standards with a wealth of lavish features boasting a solar heated swimming pool and spa offering comfort, relaxation and tranquility.
All rooms are fully air conditioned consisting of open plan Grande Room with spectacular panoramic views, and adjacent Dining Area.
The immaculate fully fitted and equipped kitchen boasts a host of the latest state-of-the-art equipment including dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge freezer with ice and water filter system. The utility room has the latest large front loading washing machine and tumble drier.
The master bedroom offers satellite TV, walk-in wardrobe and dressing area, En-suite bathroom with twin wash basins large bath and walk in shower and separate water closet. The second bedroom also features satellite TV walk in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom three offers twin beds with en-suite bathroom and large wardrobe.
For the comfort of our guests we offer an extra large pool area, gas barbeque, and bikes to take advantage of cycle path through local nature reserve. For the golfing enthusiast you can play the championship length Long Marsh course or a choice of four further challenging Rotonda courses, plus a huge selection of courses nearby. The area has an abundance of excellent restaurants of every style and price, with Venice a short drive away where there is live evening entertainment.
Port Charlotte Mall is merely 15 mins drive, where you will find all major outlets. If you wish to travel further a field the exclusive St. Armands Circle in Sarasota is worth a visit.
