With the rising cost of gas some families are not going on vacation the year. I say WAY NOT? Find a way to get the most out of your money. When you stay in a condo vs. a hotel you are able to save money and this is how.
1. In most cases it is cheaper to fly than drive book early and not on weekends.
2. You can take a carry-on and not pay extra for checked baggage.We have all the beach and bath towels you will need as well as bedding.Our complex has a laundry room so you can wash your clothing and cut back on extra baggage and time in the Airport. The price comes with one cleaning services at the end of your stay.
3. DON'T RENT A CAR YOU WILL SAVE HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS. Once you arrive you can take a taxi from the Airport for $25. For families it's the same price for a mini van taxi.
4. In the condo you will have a full kitchen with everything you will need to prepare a full meal and save money on eating out 3 times a day. The kitchen comes with a full size range, microwave, refrigerator, and lots more.
5. For .50 a trip the Suntrolley will take you up and down the beach, downtown Ft Lauderdale, and to a very clean and new Publix food center with a great wine shop next door. Once again why pay for gas on a rental.
6. Free items: Walk 740ft to the BEACH and relax, walk up and down the beach side walk, sit on the beach wall in front of several restaurants, club, sports bars, shops and listen to music, take a walk to the Marinas and look at all the beautiful homes and yachts, or sit on the BEACH in the evening and watch all the cruise ships leave Port Everglades.
7. With all the money you will save you can enjoy a few meals out, rent a wave runner or sail boat, go parasailing or deep-sea fishing.All within walking distance of our condo.
8. You really can afford take that much needed vacation. Condos cost less than High priced Hotels you will walk by.
9. Stay in the good old USA this year we have a lot to offer.
10. Once you feel the sand between your toes you will be glad you decided to stay in Fort Lauderdale Florida.We have great deals year round.

Totally renovated, everything is new except for a few antiques. Our apartment is romantically decorated and very cozy you will feel right at home. The all-new kitchen offers everything you need to prepare a meal. It has a dining area with a new bistro table and chairs or dine on the balcony with a pool and southern view.

In the living room, you will enjoy watching the 32 inch TV or maybe just relax and talk in front of the electric fireplace with sound. The spa like bathroom with all new marble tile and seamless glass shower enclosure, comes complete with towels. The bedroom is very spacious with a king size bed. Lots of closet space and 2 windows with a corner view.

You will love the vibrant red, tope, and white décor with a chandelier above the bed to read a good book. Everything about this apartment will take your breath away the moment you walk in. It comes completely furnished, down to the wine glasses and bottle opener.

  • Working with Malley perfect. She is very helpful, understanding and approachable. The condo is soooo close to the beach and in a great, safe area. We had a great vacation. The condo has a better equipped kitchen than I have at home! It has a beautiful kitchen and bathroom. Linens are in short supply and an iron and ironing board is needed, but all in all the condo is very comfortable.The building manager couldnt have been more helpful. The residents are great. Kenny and I would love to rent the condo again if Malley would have us.

  • Working with Ms. Sparks has been a very pleasant experience! although my daughter and myself were unable to actually stay at the their condo, Ms. Sparks has been very accomodating in working with me to resolve a personal matter in which most business owners these days do not take the time to consider. Ms. Sparks is personable, friendly and prompt with her responses. I would definitely recommend working with her. and we will definitely use her condo in the future!
