Our home is elegantly casual. You can relax and enjoy it as if it were your own. It sleeps up to six people. The MASTER BEDROOM SUITE has its own full bath and a king size bed, cable TV and DVD and view as well. The SECOND BEDROOM has two queen size beds, so it could sleep four people, if necessary. But wait....there's more. We also have provided a QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA and CABLE TV in the living room for an additional sleeping venue. So if four people each wanted their own beds, you are set! Sounds like a perfect golf or spa retreat setup!

Our private concierge service is a unique feature that we offer to help you navigate the resort, get familiar with the building and complex's amenities and answer your questions. We don't want you to feel lost in Paradise as the resort has many venues and is quite large. So we arrange for one of our bi-lingual trained hospitality assistants to help you get settled. (You don't have to worry ....they will not try to sell you anything.)

You too can be "in the know" about this not-so-secret-anymore vacation Paradise location. If you want to enjoy sun, sand, sunsets and surf, you will be in heaven. Our resort is a mere 15 minute drive from the Puerto Vallarta (PVR) airport, not in the flight path, and in a high-end residential and five-star resort area of million dollar homes, condos and villas. We are close enough to Puerto Vallarta to just taxi into town for sightseeing or dinner in the evening. If you would rather stay close to "home", there are at least 30 restaurants in the neighborhood within a 5-10 minute walk or taxi ride to suit any palate.
A VARIETY OF RESTAURANTS ABOUND AND ARE IN WALKING DISTANCE!
Restaurants of all types of cuisine abound in the Paradise Village TM neighborhood, including Mexican, Seafood, Italian, Brazilian, Japanese/Sushi, Deli, French, Fusion, Steak/BBQ , as well as familiar fast food names such as Domino's Pizza, McDonalds, Baskin Robbins, etc. You can walk to more than 30 restaurants.....all within 5-10 minutes of your luxury gated condo. Our Welcome Guide provides lots of recommendation in the neighborhood and throughout Vallarta. You will get a copy once your confirm a reservation.
TONS OF ACTIVITIES AVAILABLE!
Our building has its own sets of swimming pools for kids and adults. There are countless other pools available throughout the resort as well. To enhance your vacation and allow you endless choices of things to do, we highly recommend purchasing the social membership pass for each member of your party. The fee is nominal and good for the duration of your stay. It's well worth it to be able to enjoy the two world class spas, tennis center, fitness centers, beach club (beach towels loaned, sauna, steam, jacuzzi, poolside and beachside waiter service from the oceanview restaurant), golf privileges --greens fees extra--, kids club and kids pool/locker rooms at the new sports center etc. There are far too many activities to list. You can access to all of this for an optional one-time social membership fee (currently US$75 for up to 5 guests).
NO REAL NEED TO RENT A CAR AS SHUTTLE SERVICE AROUND RESORT IS AVAILABLE THROUGHOUT THE DAY
Free shuttle service is provided most of the day into the early evening to transport you among venues in the resort. There's no real need for a rental car, so you can save that expense and splurge on other indulgences. There are two rental car agency offices on site in case you want to go exploring for a day or two up or down the coast.
No need to pack tons of clothes. This is a relaxed and laid back environment that caters to vacationers. You won't see many cut-offs or blue jeans (they are frowned upon by most establishments), but feel free to wear swimsuits with cover-ups, sandals or flip flops and shorts and shirts or casual attire around the resort, shopping center and restaurants during the day. Most residents switch to slacks and a golf shirt for men and slacks/skirt or sundress for women in the evening, but virtually anything goes, except at finer dining establishments where a jacket or dress shirt for me is appreciated. Our home has a full size washer and dryer available for your convenience so there's no need to over pack or worry about kids' spills.
