A Well Behaved housebroken dog is allowed. No puppies please!!! This is an excellent location with miles of accessability to incredible trails with gorgeous vistas. Please note that dogs are not allowed on the nordic ski trail during the winter season.

Scott Nordin, the owner, grew up in Amherst Massachusetts and graduated from the University of Massachusetts in Hotel Restaurant and Travel Administration. I moved West to Boulder Colorado upon graduation and quickly thereafter to Breckenridge. I have been Selling Real Estate in Breckenridge since moving here in 1989. As an avid skier, mountain biker, kayaker, fly fishing and hiking enthusiast, Summit County and Breckenridge fits perfectly into my life style.
