Had to leave a reviews after such a good time. Spent 2 weeks in Orlando visiting the sites and lazing by the pool with a cocktail. The house was great. The rates were way better than staying in a nice hotel. We had 5 people and the house was big enough for more than that. We like to move around and not be in other people's way and it was almost like being at home, yet bettter, because we do not have a pool. We had time to enjoy the pool when we wanted...just had to step out of the back door. The management was responsive to our needs, turned the heat on the pool when we asked and fixed a leak in one of the bathrooms and it was not problem to stay an extra night just to relax after a few days of walking around the theme parks. We would suggest having a pool skimmer available to use as needed; maybe a couple of floor fans in the garage where the pool table and air hockey table are to cool things off a little while playing. We couldn't get our laptops to connect with the wi-fi, but management told us if we couldn't get it to connect let them know. Suggest having instructions on how to setup the laptop connections if unable to connect. The wi-fi was on and we were able to see the network connection but just not able to set our laptop to connect. We just plugged the wi-fi cable into one laptop and used it at the bar with no problem so we didn't bother to call. The masterbed room mattress was okay but could use an upgrade. Anytime we go to Orlando area we lease a house...we shopped around and this was the best bang for the buck. Why the Owner Chose Other Haines City Properties:
We fell in love with this area when on holiday and decided to make an investment as we will keep coming back. The house was re painted and fitted with new furniture and tv in December 2012 ready for our 2013 guests.We also installed some plants ( palms) and a hedge on both sides of the pool for added privacy and shade.
