Aloha and welcome to our little piece of paradise. Our deluxe, remodeled, one bedroom condominium has everything you need to make your Maui vacation a dream come true. Kihei Kai Nani is a wonderful complex that is conveniently located across the street from Kamaole II Beach, one of the nicest beaches on the sunny, dry side of Maui. Our condominium is an end unit on the second floor of a two story building (building #5) and just steps away from a beautiful large swimming pool.
You do not need to drive to get to the beach, just pick up our beach chairs and walk across the street. Kamaole II offers wonderful swimming and snorkeling with rest rooms and life guards on duty during the day.
Take a leisurely early morning or evening stroll or jog down Kihei Road. You can walk to the many shops and restaurants this area has to offer. Enjoy world championship golf in Wailea, take a day trip to Hana through the lush rain forest or drive to Haleakala and feel like you have taken a trip to the moon. Snorkel at Molokini or just across the street at Kamaole II. Lahaina offers all day shopping and has many restaurants to enjoy.
To end your perfect day in Paradise, walk across the street and watch some of the most beautiful sunsets. You will arrive home from your dream vacation with many wonderful memories to share and dream of your next return.

My husband and myself always enjoy our stay at this unit,we have been fortunate to stay four times now , Carol is such a delight to deal and correspond with! When ever we arrive this unit is always very clean,feels like our second home. No air conditioner is needed as there is always a constant breeze from the trade winds, if needed there is a ceiling fan in both the kitchen/living room and bedroom.The bathroom has been totally updated with a marvelous new shower done in tiles. Very clean!! The kitchen has all the amenities you need even for BBQing which is just steps away. Also included are beach chairs, beach towels, mats and cooler.Having a washer and dryer in this unit is great also..There is also a hideabed available if needed, a safe in the bedroom for your valuables, cash and credit cards. Travel guides,books and movies are also provided if needed. This unit is minutes away to the most beautiful beach, either swimming, snorkelling,going for walks, watching turtles, spinner dolphins and whales spouting(havent seen one breach yet). The pool is great,lots of loungers to lay on.This unit is very central for all restaurants,( breakfast, lunch or dinner) Cafe O'lei is wonderful for dinner and Fred's is great for breakfast, lunch or dinner.There is a strip mall for all shopping, spirits and even to get a treat of ice cream! One thing that you need to do whether you snorkell or not, is go to Molokini!! It is truly amazing!!! I had never snorkelled in my life and now I'am hooked I absolutely love it!! We loved our stay at this Kihei Kai Nani property. The condo is well furnished with everything you need for site-seeing, the beach, or just lounging around the pool. Because this is a corner unit it gets the tradewinds from any direction keeping it cool even in warm September. We never have to use the AC, but it's there if we did! The lanai backs to a private greenway with large trees and shurbs separating it from the vacant land next door. Since it's a second floor unit we can leave our dive gear out to dry each evening. The beach is just across the street. We love it and highly recommend this condo for your Maui stay.

We have stayed in this unit SEVERAL times over the past 8 or 9 years - sometimes a couple times a year. The location is fantastic - within walking distance of restaurants, shopping & of course beaches. Just a short drive to Big Beach. The unit is well stocked for cooking & grilling out (the grill is just down below). The washer & dryer are nice to have available too. The bed & the sleeper sofa are both very comfortable! We like to think of it as our "home away from home"! Looking forward to our next stay!

We found this condo to be very nice. It was extremely clean and well stocked. The location is good, the view from the lanai was nice with a tree and flowering bushes and west maui mountains. The condo complex is located very well with everything close by. Convenience (more expensive) shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Drive to the Safeway or further to Walmart or Costco for best deals. Grounds are clean and well maintained, gardeners are working daily to maintain it. The beach is across the street. It's a nice beach, even better beaches in Wailea and Makena are only a 10-15 minute drive. if you want to do an activity- we recommend a kayak trip with Maui Kayaks, it was great! This is our 7th time staying at various condos at the KKN and this condo was among the nicest. Thank you Carol.

We had a wonderful vacation at your lovely condo. I especially liked the comfortable bed, well appointed bath and kitchen and the laundry facilities. The place was very comfortable and well stocked.
