Free shuttle service is provided most of the day into the early evening to transport you among venues in the resort. There is no real need for a rental car, so you can save that expense and splurge on other indulgences.

There is an air conditioned shopping center (with free parking) with a grocery store (sells alcohol and has a pharmacy inside), boutiques, and many sit-down and fast food restaurants and ice cream shops. Greetings Joy, Just wanted to pass on our gratitude for looking after us once again. Our stay in Nuevo Vallarta was absolutely wonderful. Going back to Playa Royale was like going home. Once again the staff were amazing. It was also nice to see some of the same friends we met last year . We also met and made several new friends this year again. The children were in heaven they couldn't get enough of the ocean and the pools. We took full advantage of the sports complex, working out almost every day. Our family that joined us this year also had a wonderful time. Once again thank you and we look forward to visiting Playa Royale again, hopefully sooner than later. It is still very cold here. (direct quote from guest's email at end of rental Feb 2009) Well hello Joy! We just back from Mexico last night, and in a daze over the pile of laundry and the grey weather. But those 2 glorious sunny weeks have really gotten us over the "winter blues' and now we can face Spring. I wanted to write and thank-you again for the use of your wonderful penthouse. It was beyond expectation and worked beautifully for our 2 families. We were met by your assistant as we arrived and got us up to speed immediately. They got us our cribs, and "play passes" quickly so we could settle in and start enjoying immediately. We got to use the BBQ facilities for a nice group of friends as we had another family that was staying in tower 1. It was all so great. My son cried when we left and went to our second location, Turtle Beach. It was nice there as well...but in the middle of no where and quite a hike. He cried for 2 days asking to go back to the "skyscraper" and the bouncy castle! Well, he got over it, as after all we were in sunny Mexico! Sadly I broke my foot half way through my trip, but if you have to be laid up on crutches, you might as well be sipping margaritas in Mexico! I do apologize for the broken cup...my little girl thought she was helpful trying to empty the dishwasher, a bit of an oops. SO just let me know how the rest of the inspection went and what we can expect in terms of our damage deposit. WELCOME TO MY HOME! OUR PENTHOUSE SETTING IS THE PERFECT VENUE FOR YOUR RELAXING BEACH VACATION. THERE IS SO MUCH TO DO......AND THEN AGAIN....NOTHING TO DO. THE CHOICE IS YOURS! WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND PURCHASING THE SOCIAL MEMBERSHIP FOR YOUR PARTY. THE FEE IS VERY INSIGNIFICANT CONSIDERING THE RICHNESS OF THE AMENITIES YOU RECEIVE. THE SPORTS CENTER COMPLEX (NEAR THE GOLF COURSE) IS A LITTLE CITY UNTO ITSELF. ENJOY THE FITNESS CENTER, POOLS, KIDS CLUB, RESTAURANT, FREE YOGA, PILATES, AEROBICS & OTHER CLASSES THERE WHEN YOU WANT A CHANGE OF PACE. WE HOPE YOU WILL LET US KNOW HOW YOU ENJOY YOUR STAFF.
