Welcome to our home in Cape Coral Florida. It was built in 2000. It is a villa that is at the junction of two Fresh Water Canals. We really enjoy our home and hope you will too! Enclosed are photographs produced digitally to be enjoyed at a full screen size on your computer. This is a luxury waterfront home with spectacular views, heated pool and lanai. This home is NOT a condo. It is the owners side of a Florida duplex. The only thing that is shared with the other side of the duplex is the swimming pool. You have your own garage, washer and dryer etc.
This villa has 1600 square feet and has it's own garage and driveway.The Master bedroom suite faces out onto the lanai. There are two other bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with two single beds. three bedroom two bath waterfront home with fully heated pool allowing year around fun for family and friends.All furniture,mattresses and linens are new. Our home includes large surrounding patio, and many comfortable amenities. Beautifully landscaped yard with sprinklers for a no worry stay!
Lawn Care and pool cleaner is included in rent. The kitchen is fully equipped.Our home is optimally located in Southeast Cape Coral. Cape Coral has more than 400 miles of canals. Minutes by car to Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel and Captiva Barrier Islands. It is 4 blocks from Cape Coral Hospital. We have a Walmart Super Center that is less than a mile away.
Estimated driving distances are: two minutes to the hospital, five minutes to major grocery and drug store, five minutes to major shopping center, 30 minutes to Southwest Florida International Airport, 20 minutes to new Cape Harbor with exclusive waterfront restaurant. Enjoy the private screened-in lanai and boat dock. Cape Coral is surrounded by water and is a natural habitat for fishing, boating, and 55 golf courses in Lee County for golf enthusiasts. As you entertain around the pool. This home occupies a corner lot which faces two intersecting canals which lead into lakes.
We are looking for customers who can stay with us a minimum of two weeks. Our home is available year round. The past three years we have been fortunate to have customers stay in our home the entire winter season from January through April. We would certainly like to find that special customer again this year. The couple who stayed with us this past year will be vacationing in Arizona this year instead. Rent includes local telephone service and cable TV. Rentor pays for electricity and 6% Florida sales tax

Donna and I have owned our villa in Florida since 2003. We fell in love with it the first time we saw it. It is located at the intersection of two fresh water canals. It is a building that was built to a higher standard and it shows in it's features. Sooner or later we hope to retire and spend the winters in Florida. Until then, we have made many friends that have stayed with us over the winters.
