- Having stayed in many rentals ourselves, we know what makes a vacation house a home, so our condo is stocked with all the necessities, You will find clean new appliances, including a side-by-side refrigerator with icemaker, flat-top stove, blender, and more, Our living room features leather furniture and a big screen TV with DVD/CD and digital satellite, Each bedroom also has its own TV with DVD/CD and independent satellite receivers to keep everyone happy We also feature high speed internet access. Our master bedroom has a king-size bed and the second bedroom features a queen and twin. Two more guests fit comfortably on the queen-size sofa sleeper. Big group? Our building has three other units also sleeping 7 - just ask. Additional amenities include CD player, towels, sheets and bedding, exclusive washer/dryer, iron/ironing board, hair dryers, coffeemaker. Got a little one? So do we, so you'll find an umbrella stroller and booster seat there as well, so you can travel light.

The property description is completely accurate and what you see in the pictures is exactly what you get. The kitchen has all your basic supplies--bowls, plates, utensils, stovetop utensils, cutting board, knives, can opener, coffee maker, coffee filters, blender, tupperware, a couple of mixing bowls, pyrexware, salt, pepper, dish towels, pot holders, dishwashing soap; beyond these, it's all you. There were more than enough bath towels and toilet paper for the weekend. For an extended stay, there's a supermarket a couple blocks away and a Walmart before you cross the bridge. Small shampoos/conditioners were provided--like hotel size, but without a daily maid service, so you should bring your own. The beach is less than a 5 minute walk away. The pool was super small (I think they all are in South Padre), but it was a great way to cool off from the beach.. The water was much cooler, because it's shaded by the house. And there's a grill by the pool. The owners were really easy to get ahold of by email or phone. And the property managers were also readily available by phone. The manager was very accomodating. When we arrived on the island it was well after midnight, but he was able to get the keys to us. He also gave us late checkout, because nobody was coming in immediately after us. I would definitely recommend this place.

This is a nice condo. It looks just like the pictures on the website. The kitchen is not very equiped so take your own spices, Dawn, cork screw etc as you only have the very basics. The bathrooms have no soap or kleenex but do provide a small shampoo, shower gel and lotion. The towels are nice and thick. It is great to have a washer/dryer combo so take your detergent! Great location for the beach, restaurants and other activities. There is free beach access a couple of blocks away so you can walk. The condo pool is small but they also have lounge chairs. Just hope the three other condos don't have alot of kids! Since it is a first floor unit you may have someone above you. We had a couple with two kids and you could hear them walking/running around at all hours of the night and day. If you are a lite sleeper take your ear plugs! Linda
