'The Yellow House' is the perfect extended-family rental, including: spacious, covered front porch, bricked and private backyard patio w/ BBQ and dining, plus direct access to the exclusive swimming pool - shared with only 4 other houses in this unique resort. (Please see HomeAway #988782 too.) Comfortably large Living and Dining Rooms are the center of the 1st floor. A full bedroom and separate bath are just off the kitchen. A den with private exit to the covered front porch serves as a family room during the day and a bedroom by night. With direct access to the back deck, the 2nd family-room/bedroom conversion completes the first floor. The 2nd floor includes the master suite & 2 more bedrooms, ea w its own bath.

Sun Ray Vacation Rentals are conveniently located on Central Avenue in beautiful Point Pleasant Beach, New Jersey. Just across the street from the beach and boardwalk, this complex of five colorful homes surrounds our heated mineral springs pool. Our weekly vacation rentals are “shore to please!”
The home is fully furnished, air-conditioned, with Cable TV and wireless Internet service. Our beautifully landscaped property includes both private and central patio areas, set up with umbrella table sets, propane barbeque grills, outdoor showers, and plenty of room for family play and fun in the sun.
Rentals are by the week: multiple house and multiple week discounts are available.
Security Deposit per house is required.
Check in time is 2:00pm / Check out time is 10:00am.
Saturday – Saturday week.
