Living area has a queen futon, a single futon, and a futon for small child; a telly with DVD/VHS and cable. There is a wood stove in an area off the kitchen, all is open. Small screened-in porch and nice size yard with furniture. Nice size bathroom with shower. Eat in kitchen with large farm table.
Cottage is located directly across from large play park. Park is on the Mill Pond and cottage has full access to it. Cottage is located in ideal location easy walking distance to Main Street activities and less than five minute walk to "Lisa G's" Restaurant and Downtown Grill. Petrol station, convenience store, and sub shop two minute drive (five minute walk).
