Great house. Great location. Great price.
Great house. Great location. Great price.
I visited this house in August with my husband and two teenage children. It was the perfect size for our family and perfectly situated. It afforded us great opportunity so see both the north and side sides of the island without making an excursion to either side cumbersome. The house is beautifully situated and, even though the house does not have direct beach ACCESS, it is about a 90 second walk to the beach. The beach is very private; it's not crowded at all. The house is a waterfront property with beautiful views. We also really appreciated being able to park right under the house. When we walked in, we were impressed with how immaculately clean it was, and, throughout the week, we were thankful to find that there were no bugs. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of storage for our clothes. The kitchen was really well stocked with pots, pans, and dishes. And it was nice that the pans were of decent quality. The washer and dryer were great and it was nice to find a dishwasher too. We loved using the lanai, and REALLY appreciated having hoses with which to rinse off, not just under the house, but upstairs on the side lanai as well. The boogie boards, cooler and plastic bin for food were also a great, unexpected convenience. The house manager is easily accessible and responsive. The owners were pleasant and professional. My deposit refund was received in less than a week from when we vacated the house. I would definitely recommend this house to friends and family.

What a fantastic house. The beach has two pools created from the coral reef at either end and is very good for swimming. Many swim across the bay as we observed from our very private deck. I can look at this site and feel right back at home. Perfectly located on the island to travel to the North, South and West shores. The Lighthouse Bistro and Fish Market (in back of brick bldg) in Kilauea has excellent fish, etc and is close by. I will be staying at this home again to listen to the birds! We were blessed and had very few roosters, only the sound of the ocean, which I am dearly missing! I have Ohana on the island and many of them did not know of this magical spot. They will be calling you soon! Moloa'a brings a special Aloha to everyone who discovers it's sands..... Mahalo, Mimi
