This newly remodeled condo is on the first floor of a three story complex, so there is no hauling ski gear up and down stairs. Simply walk in from the underground parking, put your skis in the locker outside your door, and enter a warm and cozy holiday home. The large common area hot tub is across from the condo. A wood-burning fireplace creates a comfortable atmosphere during cold winter nights.
Conveniently located, this condo is within walking distance to Albertson's, the movie theaters, great restaurants as well as Park City Mountain Resort. The free bus stops right outside the complex and will take you to Main Street or Deer Valley Resort.
The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and a full bath. The second bedroom also has a queen sized bed and a full bath in the hallway. There is a stackable washer and dryer in the hall closet and the kitchen is fully equipped with all your cooking needs.
The condo is 25 yards from the free bus stop, two-tenths mile to Park City Mountain resort, two-and-one-half miles to Deer Valley Resort, one mile to Main Street and three miles to the Canyons.
This is also a great place to spend a summer holiday. Park City Mountain Resort hosts numerous activities for kids and adults. Horseback riding, the alpine slide and ziplining are just a few. The condo is located within walking distance of City Park where there is a full-sized playground, basketball and volleyball courts. Hiking trails are also close by.
