This fantastic newly decorated condo has four bedrooms, two full remodeled baths plus an outside shower, and driveway parking for up to six cars! The top level has a great living room ideal for relaxing with family or friends that leads out to a private rear deck with steps down to the yard and outside shower. Living room amenities include new Pergo floors, new Pottery Barn furniture, large cable tv, DVD Player, and ipod docking station. The eat-in kitchen has a brand new Pottery Barn table that seats eight comfortably and new tile floors. It is a fully equipped kitchen with new refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and garbage disposal.
The top level also has a master bedroom with a queen bed and a full bath.
Downstairs, there are three bedrooms and another full bath. The first bedroom downstairs has a double bed. The second bedroom has a set of bunk beds, and the largest bedroom downstairs has two sets of twin bunk beds. All of the bedrooms have new pergo floors, pottery barn nightstands, dressers, and new beds. There is fresh, brand new carpeting in the hallway and stairs.

I stayed here last year, the place looks exactly like the pictures. The bedrooms downstairs are perfect for anyone who wants to sleep in and not here anyone in the kitchen or dining area. It was very close to the beach and there was a lot of parking, It was a great place to stay.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.
