If you are a picky renter looking for quality, cleanliness, and convenience, we want you! We guarantee complete satisfaction.
New unit (2004), professionally decorated to be beautiful and comfortable. Not rented at all for first two years of ownership. Largest balconies on the gulf. Great 90 unit building, so not massive and overwhelming, but intimate and enjoyable.
Twin Palms is conveniently located near shopping, entertainment, and dining! Pineapple Willy's, Club LaVela, and Spinnakers all within short distance.
Unit is on 4th Floor. Great easy access to parking and elevators.
Our deluxe 2 bedroom condo is beautifully decorated with a living room large enough to comfortably seat all the guests in our unit. Adjoining the living room is a dining area with large dining table and breakfast bar for the entire family able to enjoy a meal together. The kitchen is very well equipped with all the comforts of home.
The Master Bedroom has a King Size Bed with usual appointments, walk in closet, private bath, and direct access to the balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.
The second bedroom has 2 full size beds and plenty of closet space and drawers for clothes.
The washer/dryer combination, 2nd full bath, and new queen size sleeper sofa make this the perfect family vacation at a very reasonable cost.
Entrance into the complex from the street is highly controlled with on site parking by parking pass only and to re-enter the complex from the beach requires identification by wrist bands checked by private security guards.
While there, take advantage of the swimming pools, kiddie pool, hot tubs, exercise facilities, Bar-B-Q grills, picnic area, and game room.
There are no additional charges for the use of these facilities, they are included with your rental.
Parasailing, windsurfing, jet skis, and banana boats are just a few of the things to do while at the beach, or do nothing but listen to the waves and enjoy the sunshine.
Long famous for its nightlife with Schooners, Club La Vela and Spinnakers within easy distance, Twin Palms is conveniently located on Front Beach Road not far from Pier Park many fine restaurants, water parks, and amusement parks.
Short walk on the beach to Pineapple Willy's for lunch. Great location and fantastic family atmosphere. Please enjoy our home away from home!

Wanted to let you know we had an awesome time in PCB last week and part of that was due to the condo! We loved it and our friends loved it as well, even though they had to cut short their stay due to the tornado that damaged their home and farm. We will definitely make this condo the top of our list for next year. It was even nicer than the photos, quiet and in a great location. My personal favorite is the balcony. It accommodated all 4 adults with plenty of room to spare. We will never stay at our previous place again...Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.
