The incredible views from this lovely custom built, waterfront home will take your breath away. It is just minutes away from the Admiralty Condominiums and access to all Beach Club facilities. The house offers a secluded setting with a green belt on one side and a house set back from view on the other. No need for window coverings to block the view--it is totally private. Sit in the solarium and watch the eagles fly right overhead or fish in the water below you.
Enjoy unobstructed views of Puget Sound, the Cascade mountains and Mt. Baker from virtually every room in the house. Watch the ever changing activity of cruise ships, sailboats, tankers or a nuclear submarine from the large deck or cozy solarium. The professionally landscaped yard is designed for privacy and easy maintenance and features a tranquil pond and natural woodland setting. Watch the deer and raccoons drink from the pond and wander through the yard any given day.
The fully equipped kitchen has a gas range, double ovens and Subzero refrigerator and a view that makes cooking a real pleasure. Or you can pull up a bar stool to the eating counter and grab a quick snack. Fine dining is minutes away if you aren't in the mood for cooking.
The living room focus is a spectacular floor-to-ceiling stone wall with a gas fireplace. Snuggle up on the comfy sofas (one converts to queen size bed) in front of the fireplace and enjoy great conversation, a good book or a glass of wine. Or, simply admire the beauty of the view.
The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet, a king sized bed and sliding glass doors that open to the deck. Lie in bed and watch the sun rise or the cruise ships heading back to port. There is plenty of room for two people in the master bath with its double vanity and double shower.
One bedroom has queen sized bed and a garden view. The other bedroom is very large with enough extra room for two more people if you choose to bring sleeping bags. Relax with a cup of coffee at the bistro table with four chairs and enjoy the marvelous water and mountain views.
A bonus room and office upstairs has a queen air bed and a double convertible sofa. Spectacular views from the office.
The house is beautifully furnished and tastefully decorated to make your stay feel extra special and comfortable. The soft breezes from the water below make outdoor dining on the table for six comfortable even on a hot day. Four fold-up chairs are also available. Try to spot the seals on the rocks below with the telescope provided or just marvel at the incredible view.
From Port Ludlow you can hop a ferry to Seattle and tour the water front and famous Pike Place Market or drive about an hour to Port Angeles and take the ferry to Victoria and spend the day in this charming city with a visit to the world famous Butchart Gardens. Also Whidbey Island, Hurricane Ridge, the rain forest, Poulsbo, and Port Gamble are great trips.
Historic Port Townsend is about 30 minutes away with antique shops, many talented artists offering their wares and lots of charming shops. Farmer's Markets are held every Saturday during the spring and summer. Visit Bremerton and tour the naval shipyards or the Undersea Naval Museum in Keyport.
There are many options if you are adventurous. Or, you may want to stay close by and hike the trails, walk to the marina and look at the boats or stop by the Inn and have a glass of wine or just stay in and enjoy the view.
This lovely home is a perfect place for a romantic get-away, retreat, honeymoon or family gathering. Thinking about moving to the area? There is no telephone so remember to bring your cell.

What a wonderful weekend! It was very relaxing and enjoyable. What we loved the most was spending time in the solarium watching the birds and the magnificent view! We would definitely go back! Thank you so much!

The house was AMAZING! Comfortable and cozy - I'd stay there again in a heartbeat. The best part: the view from the kitchen and living room. Impossible to beat - a 180-degree view of the water, while washing dishes?! Amenities were fabulous, too. Highly recommended!

We stayed at this lovely home over Thanksgiving 2009. It was absolutely wonderful. The house lends itself to entertaining a large group in a relaxed setting with very nice, but comfortable furnishings, and gorgeous views. While only six of us stayed at the house, we had 17 family members ranging from 18 months to 62 years for Thanksgiving dinner and all had a happy time. I would give an unqualified recommendation to this house for any type of gathering.

We had an absolutely wonderful time during our stay in Port Ludlow. The house is beautiful, comfortable, quiet, and is wonderfully situated to take full advantage of the stunning view of Puget Sound. Our entire experience, from booking the reservation to departure back to our day to day lives, was memorable in the most positive sense of the word. We absolutely plan to return in the future, and would whole-heartedly recommend a stay there to anyone planning to spend time in the area.

Our visit to Port Ludlow and the Olympic peninsula was a huge success. Everyone really enjoyed your home and the stunning views from your deck at anytime during the day – the sunrises, the balmy breezes, the passing cruise ships, the deer visits, the tranquil garden stream, the hummingbirds, etc. The grandchildren enjoyed the Olympic Game Farm, the Resort pool, and the Fourth of July celebration in Kingston. Our batteries were re-charged and we had a great time visiting with the family. Thanks for sharing your fantastic home with us.

We were lucky that the weather was so incredibly gorgeous during our stay. Rented kayaks at the marina and paddled out to the rocks in front of the house to watch the seals. Went clamming and picked oysters. We loved sitting on the deck enjoying the wonderful view and all the activity. Deer came into the yard and we saw a raccoon in the pond. Lots of birds to watch. A relaxing and lovely place.

What a magnificent place! Regardless of the weather you will love it here. A perfect place to relax and unwind or be as active as you wish. The views are beautiful and always changing. There is an eagle's nest close by, deer wandering through the yard, raccoons playing in the pond, and the crows chasing the eagles. In the evenings cruise ships head out to sea and if you are up in the very early morning you can see them heading back to Seattle all lit up. We even were lucky to see a nuclear submarine go by. I could sit on the deck or in the solarium for hours just watching the activity on the water below. We will definitely be back!

We stayed at this home for a week and found it very comfortable - it contained every single thing you would need. All details were well thought out for those who would be visiting The highlight, however is the view - the first morning we were awakened by the most amazing sunrise that came in our sliding doors. Views are fantastic from practically every room of the home and was the PERFECT place to relax - we enjoyed watching the sail boats practice right below the deck one afternoon. The home is close to other interests in the area - we took our bikes to Sequim to ride the Discovery Train and visited Port Townsend and enjoyed the town and shops. We highly recommend it as a place to visit. Thanks for sharing!!
