Accommodations:  Raised Beach House, 5 Bedrooms, 5.5 Baths (Sleeps 12)

Get away to this beautiful, new, five-bedroom, five-and-one-half bathroom home and relax at the beach. This single family home is the second house from Ocean Blvd. Construction was completed in May 2006 so everything is brand new. This private home is less than one block to the ocean and it has a great private pool. Each room has been professionally furnished and decorated and the kitchen is fully equipped.

There is a TV in each bedroom and another in the living room (DVD player, too). This home has a full-size washer/dryer for all those beach towels and bathing suits. There is also a private elevator so you do not have to haul luggage upstairs.

Master suite with King size bed & jacuzzi tub, 3 bedrooms with queen size beds and one bedroom with two double beds.

There is an additional jacuzzi tub in the hall bath.

Departure cleaning is included in the weekly rate but linens, bedding and toiletries are not.

ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:

*No primary renters under the age of 25.

1. Rental Week: From Saturday to Saturday
2. Check-In: Anytime after 3:00 pm on check-in day
3. Check-Out: Before 10:00 am on departure date.
4. Payments: Full payment (including balance of rent, sales and accommodation tax, reservation fee and security deposit) is due 30 days prior to arrival. In addition, a security deposit is required. Personal checks are accepted up to 30 days prior to arrival.
5. Cancellation Policy: Refunds will be made only if rental unit is re-rented, less a re-rent fee of 20% of the rent. Tentative reservation deposits are nonrefundable.
6. Pets: Sorry, no pets are allowed in rental units or on the property.
7. Reservation Fee: No reservation fee will be charged.
8. Security Deposit: Will be refunded 30 days after departure only if unit is found in satisfactory condition.
9. Occupancy: Limited to the number shown in brochure and is strictly enforced.
10. House Parties: Are NOT allowed, with or without chaperones, and will require eviction without any refund.
11. Fireworks: Are strictly prohibited.
