Enjoy your morning coffee and evenings relaxing on one of the three-season enclosed porches, or out on the huge fenced-in back deck! The famous Shore Path with harbor views and various excursions are all within a short stroll as well. The Island Explorer free shuttle service hub is just a short walk down the street in the center of town, known as the Village Green. It’s the perfect place to enjoy all that Mt. Desert Island has to offer, and relax after a busy day of sightseeing. You’ll want to return to this adorable rental year after year!
FIRST FLOOR: Enter through a large front three-season porch with plenty of furnishings for relaxing. A small foyer leads to a spacious Living Room with comfy furnishings, flat-screen TV and air conditioner, and into a Dining Room with seating for eight. To the right is a cozy Den with gas fireplace and large screen mounted TV. These three rooms have nice hardwood floors. Updated Kitchen with tiled flooring, stainless steel appliances, gas stove, plenty of counter space and pass-through opening to Dining Room. Off the Kitchen find a second spacious three-season porch that leads to a huge fenced-in deck. Bedroom with queen bed, TV and air conditioner. Laundry area that leads to a Full Bath with large shower.
SECOND FLOOR: Master Bedroom with king bed, TV and air-condition unit. Second Bedroom with queen bed, TV and air-condition unit. Third Bedroom with two twin beds, and shared full Bath with tub/shower. Smaller room used as an Office/Den is fitted with a comfortable double futon and TV. Also great for an additional guest.
APPLIANCES: Standard stainless steel kitchen appliances including gas stove, dishwasher and microwave. Large capacity Washer/Dryer. Cable TV and DVD. High-speed wireless Internet. Gas Grill. Four window air conditioner units.
