Upon arrival, you will walk thru the Skyview Sports Bar which overlooks Front Beach Road. You may choose to stop by Starbucks for a "latte" before heading up to the 15th floor.
You will be pleasantly surprised when you walk in to our "Cayman" plan which is professionally designed with a colorful theme to include limes, corals and aquas. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, the bunk area in the hall sleeps two, and a queen-size sofa sleeper in the living area sleeps two as well.
Featured is a fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops and bar with bayside barstools. Step out to the fully furnished balcony and listen to the ocean rumble while having your morning coffee and watching the sunrise.
Included with your stay are the beachside chairs with umbrella (a significant savings.) We also have wireless internet free of charge!If you get tired of the beach, you can relax in the hottub next to the beachside lagoon pool, have a frozen drink at the tiki bar, or take a short walk down the beach to Sharkeys Restaurant.
Our Kiddie Pool with zero entry is now open. The kids will enjoy hours of fun under the mushroom waterfall and buckets of water which gives you time to relax, read a book, or just enjoy watching all the children having a great time!

The nicest room, best decorated we have ever stayed in. Kit was very nice and great to deal with. The condo was top notch. Leslie met us with the key cards and was great also. We didn't want to leave. Look forward to staying here again and would recommend anyone to stay at Kit's place. Even though all the ammenities are not done yet, we had a great time and look forward to when it gets finished. The view from the room is fantastic, the sunset,watching the sea life and just sitting on the balcony was so relaxing.Thanks again Kit for being so nice and providing such a first class place for my family to enjoy.

Great view of the beach, photos are just like the condo, could have been a little bit cleaner. The owner was very nice and helpful with a couple of issues. Would definately recomment this property. If you like to shop, go to Pier Park (1/2 mile to 1 mile down the road). Covered parking, balcony overlooking the ocean. Ocean front, chairs to rent if needed. Sugar white sand. Seats on the balcony, would love to hop right back in the car to head back down there.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We stayed here from December 28, 2010 to January 1, 2011. What a great way to ring in the new year. The weather was a little chilly, but the view more than made up for it. The condo was amazing and the pictures don't do it justice. The condo had everything you could ask for and more, and was spotless. Kit is amazing to work with and was always there for us when we needed her (even in the middle of the night when we got locked out, sorry again). She was so kind and hospitable. Thanks Kit for sharing your piece of paradise with us.

We had such a relaxing time at the condo and it was in such a great location. We would book the condo again for the week of Christmas if it wasn't booked already. We saw three sting rays, a manatee, and schools of fish from the balcony. Kept looking for dolphins but didn't see any (too cold?). Maybe next time.

We had a great time during our stay in condo #1529! Very comfortable with great view! We are looking forward to returning and just know it is going to be spectacular once the restaurants are done! Pool and hot tub GREAT!!!!

We stayed at this resort from April 28th - May 5th. The Emerald Beach Resort WILL BE great once everything is finished. Right now the only amenity that is complete is the pool. There are NO restaurants, NO Starbucks, NO Fitness Center,No valet service. The condo it self is nice. Well furnished, very clean. Great view. All in all we would like to return when everything is finished but we left disappointed because we thought everything was finished! This resort will be 5 Star once completed but as of now I rate it a 1 star experience.
Owner response:Our website clearly states that the condo amenities are not complete. We as owners of the units have no control over this and we would like to have them complete as well.
