  The nicest room, best decorated we have ever stayed in. Kit was very nice and great to deal with. The condo was top notch. Leslie met us with the key cards and was great also. We didn't want to leave. Look forward to staying here again and would recommend anyone to stay at Kit's place. Even though all the ammenities are not done yet, we had a great time and look forward to when it gets finished. The view from the room is fantastic, the sunset,watching the sea life and just sitting on the balcony was so relaxing.Thanks again Kit for being so nice and providing such a first class place for my family to enjoy.

  My husband, son, and I just returned from a week stay at this wonderful condo. We were so sad to leave! We enjoyed our stay a great deal. To begin with, the condo is very nicely furnished. The king bed is so comfortable, and there are great pillows provided too. We slept really well each night of our stay. I was pleased to discover additional towels and linens in the cupboards, as well as a washer/dryer. Also provided was a large, portable awning which we set-up each morning at the beach. This was a true convenience. The condo was nicely furnished and we enjoyed it a great deal. The Emerald Beach property itself is first-class. The staff is courteous, efficient, and the amenities abound! We loved having a Starbucks on-site, as well as a Tiki bar and sky bar with live entertainment. There were loads of activities for children too. Finally, the owner was a pleasure to work with, and she promptly answered all of my questions prior to our arrival via email . We will be returning next summer and are already counting the days! We would recommend this condo to anyone considering a stay in Panama City Beach.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

  The unit was decorated very nicely and the kitchen was appointed nicely. Upon arrival, (we arrived early) the cleaning service was still there and let us know that she would be finished momentarily. We were thrilled that we could get in early! Things looked great! We found some issues with the bedding for the King bed and the sofa sleeper, which Kit took care of immediately upon our phone conversation. She was very attentive and responded to our messages in a very timely manner. It appeared this unit needed more frequent deep cleanings, but it was not terrible. We would stay again. BEWARE of security at this resort....they are way over the top, especially at the pool! Make sure you wear your wrist band and don't even attempt to bring in your own alcohol! They check coolers! Also make sure your parking permit is always displayed, if not....you will get written up! We have stayed at this resort in the past, and the views are spectacular! We seen dolphins daily and even sting rays and a manatee! The beach service is a added plus!

  Owner response: The guests were our first of the season after a winter guest who stayed with us since November 1. The "deep cleaning" could not be performed until the next week when no guests would be in our unit. I am so sorry to have rented our unit without the deep cleaning first--before the season. We are replacing all of the sheets, blankets and pillows. The guests were very understanding. This will never happen again!

  Great view of the beach, photos are just like the condo, could have been a little bit cleaner. The owner was very nice and helpful with a couple of issues. Would definately recomment this property. If you like to shop, go to Pier Park (1/2 mile to 1 mile down the road). Covered parking, balcony overlooking the ocean. Ocean front, chairs to rent if needed. Sugar white sand. Seats on the balcony, would love to hop right back in the car to head back down there.

  We stayed here from December 28, 2010 to January 1, 2011. What a great way to ring in the new year. The weather was a little chilly, but the view more than made up for it. The condo was amazing and the pictures don't do it justice. The condo had everything you could ask for and more, and was spotless. Kit is amazing to work with and was always there for us when we needed her (even in the middle of the night when we got locked out, sorry again). She was so kind and hospitable. Thanks Kit for sharing your piece of paradise with us.

  We had such a relaxing time at the condo and it was in such a great location. We would book the condo again for the week of Christmas if it wasn't booked already. We saw three sting rays, a manatee, and schools of fish from the balcony. Kept looking for dolphins but didn't see any (too cold?). Maybe next time.

  We had a great time during our stay in condo #1529! Very comfortable with great view! We are looking forward to returning and just know it is going to be spectacular once the restaurants are done! Pool and hot tub GREAT!!!!

  We stayed at this resort from April 28th - May 5th. The Emerald Beach Resort WILL BE great once everything is finished. Right now the only amenity that is complete is the pool. There are NO restaurants, NO Starbucks, NO Fitness Center,No valet service. The condo it self is nice. Well furnished, very clean. Great view. All in all we would like to return when everything is finished but we left disappointed because we thought everything was finished! This resort will be 5 Star once completed but as of now I rate it a 1 star experience.

  Owner response: Our website clearly states that the condo amenities are not complete. We as owners of the units have no control over this and we would like to have them complete as well.
