++++This is not the Ilikai Hotel Building with the financial problems and partial ocean views++++

This is not like the 1 bedroom units in the Ilikia Hotel Building located next door. These units are larger and the views are directly toward the ocean, not from the side of the building. Views include both the lagoon to the left and down the shore line all the way to the Waianae Mountains to the right. Ahead the views are of the Blue Pacific, boats entering the marina, surfers at reef break and all the way to the horizon with absolutely no other buildings or adjacent units to look over or past.

Don't be tucked into an inferior hotel room in a congested area, with a partial view, no kitchen, no paid parking, no in room laundry, with a long walk to beaches and parking.

The Ilikai Marina Building is located at the entrance to Waikiki away from the crowded area and less than a 5 minute walk to several beaches, the largest shopping center in hawaii, multiple restaurants, and bus transportation.
