The condo was nicely furnished and decorated. The king size bed was incredibly comfortable! Our view was amazing and the location was good. Other than the patio being very small and no amenities in the complex (pool) we were very happy. The Chart House had live music and great food that we really enjoyed. We would recommend this place and would consider renting again.
Recommended for:Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Great view from this condo and good location for walking anywhere around Waikiki. Restaurants and shopping close by. Was equipped with most things we needed (except could have used a pair of scissors!). King size bed was very comfortable. Free parking was available but we didn't use it as we walked wherever we needed to go. Thanks for a great stay.

I loved this place, close enough to Waikiki but not in it, much quieter and a lot less traffic to deal with. The condo is very nicely furnished and both rooms have a great view over looking the Ala Moana marina. There is a great park in which to walk just a few blocks to the west. I plan to book it again when I want to stay in honolulu. This has nothing to do with the condo but one word of caution . . . The is a $147 fine if you are caught using a cell phone while driving in Hawaii.

Our stay was great! The condo looks exactly like the pictures and the view was great! The location was nice because we were away from the crowds in downtown Waikiki but still within walking distance. It was great to have the parking garage for our rental car, not only did we not have to pay for parking, we also didn't have to search for parking! The owners made it very easy for us to get into the condo, there was no check-in process or waiting. It was all very private. We didn't hear or even see any neighbors until about our third day there when someone must have checked in upstairs and then we could hear furniture moving around. We only wish the check out time was a little later since most flights out of Hawaii are late afternoon/evening flights.

Wow! was the only world I could mutter out when I opened the front door. I was speechless. I thought for sure I must be at the wrong condo because there was no way I could afford to pay for a luxury condo with these amount of upgrades. This is the best condo in Waikiki

We had an amazing honeymoon. The oceanfront view was out of this world and the designer furnishings made us feel like we were floating on a cloud.

I knew I was getting an ocean view but I certaintly did not expect free firework shows every friday night. It was a treat to be able to sit on the lanai with a glass of wine and look down at the abundant damsel fish swimming in the marina.

I truly felt like I was in a home away from home. I had everything I needed to make a great meal and more than I needed in terms of an amazing ocean view. The photographs do not due this place justice. Its amazing and you need to come see for yourself.

The condo was exactly as pictured, very nice appliances, quality furnishings and a gorgeous view of the marina. The condo included free parking which is great and you're also on the bus line which is convenient for those without a car. There is an ABC store across the street and a small market a street over for all of your needs. There are numerous restaurants including Red Lobster & the Charthouse directly below the condo. One should note that the condo is not on the beach; it's a short walk to a nice beach, but it's rocky in the water. Further down is the famous Waikiki beach--very nice, but crowded. A few things would have made the stay perfect: soap for the shower and a small amount of laundry detergent available. Also, when the air conditioner is turned on, there is a musty smell that seems to decrease as you let it run, but the system is obviously old. For those who are leaving/flying later on in the day of check-out, there is NO place to store luggage! The Ilikai hotel will NOT store your bags because they said the Marina is separate. We begged security to keep our 2 douffle bags and they did, but they were not happy to do so--their office is very small. Overall, the condo was great; it was very spacious and we'd be happy to stay again.

My husband and I were extremly happy with our stay. The kitchen and bathroom and both been newly renovated. The condo was very clean and had everything that we needed. The view was fantastic! The owners Tom and Lucinda were great to work with. They are very honest and I would recommend renting from them. The unit includes parking, but the location is very walkable being close to Waikiki and also the Ala Moana bus depot.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

My husband, son and I had a wonderful Hawaiian holiday. This condo was beautiful. You couldn't ask for a better ocean view. We had no problems with the elevators or the air conditioning. The parking is included and very convenient. Everything is provided from towels to beach gear. The Ilikai Marina building is a little older but the condo inside has been newly renovated. Also there is no pool accesses, but this was not a problem for us because the beach and lagoon area is within close walking distance. Our only disappointment is that when we originally booked I thought this was a one bedroom condo with a separate bedroom. Rather it's more of a large studio with a divider screen for the bedroom area. The divider does not block much noise from the rest of the space. It worked out o.k. though the bathroom was so large that we were able to put our one year old to bed by the washer and dryer area and close the door.

WOW what a great location with a view that will leave you wanting more. Sunsets were great and the Hilton fireworks every Friday night are not to be missed. Condo has eveything I needed and more, great kitchen and it's bigger than it looks in the pics. I found the building to be close to everhything, bus stop is just outside and it's a easy walk to the shops and bars. The beach is just a few steps away. this was my first time in a condo, I will not stay in a hotel again if i can help it. The owners were great and make you feel welcome. The best I can say is that they had to drag me out kicking and screaming, I didn't want to leave, it is truly a home away from home, Your going to love the new remolded bathroom..I'm now looking to buy in the same building. My family and I had a WONDERFUL trip to Oahu. The condo was clean, comfortable and convienent. It was well maintained and the big screen was a hit with the kids.Big comfy bed and extra big towels. The only problems we had were one of the elevators went out twice and the air conditioner once, but were quickly repaired. Also, the noise from the construction at the next hotel was loud and started early in the morning. The lanai was a little small, but the view was so amazing in all directions it was fine. Overall, we couldn't have been happier and the owners were fantastic. I would recommend this condo to everyone.
