Located in the upscale gated community of High Grove, right off the infamous Rte 192 strip and just 6 miles from Disney, our one-story vacation home has two master bedrooms, each with a king size bed, direct pool access, master bath and cable TV (3 total). Third and fourth bedrooms each have two twin beds and share a full bath with tub. Wireless Internet Access, High Chair, and portable crib provided.
The home has a unique Mediterranean style with the classic red tile roof and beautiful brick pavers in the pool area. The pool, with a screened lanai and eating area, faces east with a grassy open view (no rear neighbors) and enjoys sun most of the day. All doors leading to the pool deck are equipped with alarms to protect small children. Home is protected by a Brinks Monitored Security System.
The two-car garage has been converted to an air conditioned game room with a finished floor, recessed lighting, a ceiling fan and bar stools for the enjoyment of the entire family. The game room has a pool table, air hockey, pop-a-shot basketball, and electronic dart board.
The clubhouse has a game room, exercise room, wireless internet access, printer and fax, and a library of DVD's and books to borrow. There is also an outside playscape for small children, a large pool and a large hot tub available for your use (includes towels!)

The house was EXCELLENT, just like the internet showed. Then kids Loved the game room and pool. We had a Great Time, we all voted best vacation to date. Thanks again.

Our Florida Vacation Home This was our families 3rd stay at this property. We now just refer to it as our "florida home". We love the location, the pool, the comfortable furnishings and the game room. The neighborhood is friendly and secure, the house has everything we need! We laugh at our friends who go down to FL and stay in hotels! We are so much happier and more relaxed at this home. Linda is a dream to work with and the value for this house can not be beat.

Great location, clean and family friendly! We have been to Disney several times and this was the best vacation. Staying in a house is more convenient than a hotel. The pool was fun and relaxing after a day at Disney. The kids loved the game room and eating at the breakfast bar. The house is very spacious and can easily accommodate two families which is economical, particularly when you can cook in the kitchen to save on restaurant costs. The owners clearly take very good care of their rental home. We will definitely stay in this house again when we come back to Florida.

Lovely accomodations w/ everything we needed Staying at the Mediterranean Breeze was a true pleasure. It was spacious, clean and comfortable w/ a well stocked kitchen for meals with a large family. It was very close to Disney and shopping. The children lived in the heated pool and enjoyed playing in the game room. Overall, it was a great place to stay and we plan on returning.
